First off, Dallas Flooring Warehouse brags about their A+ Revdex.com rating which you can clearly see is not true My main complaint against them is their multi tier bait and switch scheme They put prices on their website that aren't available or are not in stock Then when you settle on something you like for the right price they start phase two of the bait and switch Total cost? "Sure, it's $xxxx" With taxes? "Yes, $xxxx" Call back, "sorry, no this is the total out the door $xxxx" Me: "with taxes, pad, transitions, everything?" "Yes" Fill out payment forms and submit for the total given, two days later they want an extra $for transitions This and the avoiding phone calls was it I'll take my $3k elsewhere

Don't bother with this company I purchased carpet yrs ago and was pleased with the results until it started to get waves in it that looks awful, I called and was told it was not their fault although it is plainly a result of poor installationVery rude customer service

I used S&H flooring for new engineered hardwood and carpet in my home on the recommendation of a local realtor. My experience was horrible. First the installation was delayed, then when it was completed the workmanship was horrible. The floors were not properly floated, straight, or level. There were large gaps between planks through which you could see the floor float and every cut edge was splintered. The baseboards were crooked and my door frames had been cut too high, leaving large gaps between the floor and the bottom of the casing. The crew also caused damage to my home. I addressed these issues with S&H, at which time they sent three people out to "fix" the issues over the span of a month. The flooring was finally replaced after 6 weeks. However, S&H charged my credit card for the second half of the installation without my authorization prior to addressing these issues. I found S& H to be unreliable, unprofessional, and unethical.

Still havent heard from anyone at S&H Flooring regarding my compaint, After having dealt with them this seems to be their normal.
