It is worth believing in this teamThese people can be trusted with relocation servicesI had a nice time moving to Florida from KentuckyInterstate Relocation Systems was the team in charge and they ensured that my move was perfectBeing able to relocate that way made everything so differentIt was a great relocation opportunity for meI would advise people who are planning to relocate to try these awesome movers, you will be delighted

good experience, but paid extra for packing

The moving process is extremely stressful with packing, timing, and making sure you hire the right companyMy personal experience with this company had some positives, but also some negatives so I'll provide bothI signed up for one of those websites where the moving companies call you and give you an 'estimate' over the phoneI spoke with ***, who was nice but very good at leaving things outFor example, they wanted to charge me $for my move from Fl to TX, but that was not including any boxes, or supplies they would have to provideIt was strictly for transporting the things I packedThen he left off that any boxes that I pack will not be covered 100% under the 3rd party insuranceThey will only cover boxes that the company packs for you, which is an additional cost He then told me my final bill would be $total! No questions, or hidden fees, so I took his word and gave the initial deposit of $***
The company requires you to provide them with a move date, and a backup date to schedule when they will show upOn my move date I stayed home all day waiting and never received a phone call from themI called for about hours leaving messages with the company, and finally '***' answered the phoneShe was apologetic about the experience at first, and then became rude when I complained about not hearing from the moversHer customer service was sub par to say the leastI finally got a call from the movers around 4pm saying they could be at my home at 9PM that night, which to me was crazy after I waited all day!
The next day (backup day) they told me they would be here at 6AM and showed up at 7AMThey did a fantastic job packing my items, but did not put numbers on a lot of my items and left them off the inventoryI made sure to walk around taking pictures of my stuff, and having them put numbers on everythingOnce they packed everything into the truck the guy assigned to do the paperwork said I was quoted for items and they put stickers on items, so I had to pay them $now, and then $on deliverySo now, we are way over the initial cost of the move I was quotedI asked the guy if my items could be delivered on/around June 20th (they picked my items up on May 11th) and he told me no problem, and it should be there by that day Right before they left the guy said the workers on work off of tips and do not get paid a salary, so if I could give them a tipI told him I would call the company and compensate through the customer service dept
When I got to TX on June 19th, I called the moving company and left a messageOn the 20th, 21st I called and left messages and didn't get a returned callI then had my mom call from a different number and '***' from customer service answered the phoneI told her my assigned move date was June 20th, backup day June 21stShe then proceeded to tell me that the company has BUSINESS DAYS to deliver your shipment from the DATE YOU ARRIVE AT YOUR DROPOFF POINTObviously I was in shock, but its in the contract so READ IT CLOSELY!!! The customer service rep '***' was extremely rude again, and was basically like 'oh well' nothing you can do about it kind of an attitudeHorrible Customer Service!!!!
Weeks later the movers showed up, and couldn't fit the wheeler into the apartment complex, and told me I was going to have to pay extra for them to rent out a smaller truck If I was to rent the small truck myself since that would be cheaper they would not bring the items into the apartment, only put them into the truck and I would have to do the rest myselfObviously I said no, and paid the extra money The movers rented the smaller truck, took my stuff off of the big truck and put it onto a smaller truck, got to my place, unloaded everything and I checked everything offAll of my items got there in one piece, and when I offered to tip the worker said he was paid a salary by the company I was surprised, but gave them a tip anyways since he was a good worker, and showed a sense of integrityI then had to pay them an additional $and then it was finally over! In all I paid $total for this move, which was way more than the original quote
Overall, the movers themselves were great but the quote/customer service areas were terrible! So, you just have to figure out which part is more importantAs long as you're aware of the hassles you will have to deal with in terms of customer service, and the lack thereof you should be okay

interstate relocation systems were flexible with the dates and arranged for the move on the day that I was availableThey conducted the process without any troubles from start to finishThe quality of service was really good value for my money, and I recommend them

When I first contacted Interstate Relocation Systems, my expectation levels were lowThis was the third time that I was to move within the past decade and frankly speaking, my first two experiences with other movers are worth forgettingFrom the initial contact, I had that good feeling that Interstate Relocation Systems were not an ordinary relocating companyThese guys are top-notch experts who are well experienced in home relocation servicesThey were able to turn what seemed to me an impossible task to a very pleasant experience, so pleasant that I had to take the time to tell others about my wonderful experience
My moving experience from Tennessee to Florida could not have been any betterIt was a dream to work with the sales teamTogether with the customer service department, I felt needed as well as a vital part of the companyMy quote was sent a few hours after my request had been acknowledgedEverything was handled superbly, and I was particularly impressed with the friendly and at the same time, professional approach Mike and his team demonstrated during the actual day of moving
They were earlier than scheduled, took extra care in handling all my items as they packed and moved them to their vanThere were no damages, no arguments; nothing was left behind; sadly I cannot say the same about my two previous house relocation experiencesThe entire Interstate Relocation Systems team was reliable and such a joy to work withThere is nothing extraordinary about them just that they go about their activities flawlesslyThe coordination level between the departments is surreal and works to the advantage of clientsI have a few decisions that I never regret in life and hiring Interstate Relocation Systems does well to top the list
If you intend to move across town or country and are not sure which movers you should hire, I encourage you to try Interstate Relocation Systems, and you will not regret the decisionThere are multiple movers with all kinds of promises, but if you are particularly keen about promises that will be fulfilled, Interstate Relocation Systems are your best shot at satisfying moving servicesI am looking forward to a wonderful life in the country side here in Tennessee but should I feel like moving in the future, I know exactly who to callI remain very thankful for your excellent services

I paid $for a direct delivery with full packing, unpacking, and one-time placement between locations roughly hours apart, for a very sparsely decorated 1-bedroom apartment Piwent smoothly and all seemed well, with driver indicating it would be delivered the day after next at am I called the next day to confirm the delivery time, and they suddenly claimed it was not a direct delivery They refused to acknowledge the original terms of the deal, or give me a definite delivery date and different representatives gave me significantly different stories One claimed I wouldn't hear back for hours, with various ones giving me a "3-7" day window with varying conditions for when that window would start I was surprised to get a delivery date the day after, setting it for two days after the original date with no certain delivery time Upon eventual delivery with only hours of warning, driver initially demanded $additional for using the elevatorI refused He then claimed he would need it because my apartment was on the 4th floor, then claimed it was because the elevator was too small, and then finally when those arguments failed, he claimed it was a "long walk" to the apartment, and refused to take my goods off the truck until I gave him the additional $in cash I eventually relented, and he and the two additional laborers with him began unloading my boxes, poorly After most things were offloaded and the workers began unpacking, he presented me a form to sign and said they couldn't keep working unless it was signed, and against my better judgement and because he was threatening to leave otherwise, I signed it He suddenly dashed out the door and drove off, leaving the laborers behind, who were astoundedThey informed me that he had hired them through craigslist and promised to pay them $an hour, and had not done so It was at that point, I realized I was also missing two items, in addition to the goods not being unpacked nor placed I attempted to call the driver, but he refused to return I called the moving company, and they said they would recall the driver, but then hung up on me and would not answer any further calls for the rest of the day

I had a good move with Interstate Relocation Systems. Great service! Great Price!

To start, I have to say not everything is always as it seems.. [redacted]
I started speaking with [redacted]. Friendly guy at first.Very eager to get the sale.. Was reachable every time I tried to phone and have a question BEFORE the pick up happened...Day of pick up was scheduled, I took off from work to be home, and all who showed up was me.. No drivers.. No truck.. Tried to phone, and no one was available. After speaking to [redacted] very apologetic at first but then got very annoyed after me being really concerned since I only had a few days to get out. And told me the drivers would be there at 5 pm.. 5 pm Came, no one yet.. After trying numerous times to phone, eventually got hold of the driver and scheduled the pick up for the next day. Long story short, pick up was not smooth like [redacted] ASSURED me it would be. I still remember his words vividly.. "Only thing you need to worry about the pick up and delivery - is to which drink you want to drink.. He assured that the packing and unpacking will be done by their " profesional movers"..
The packing went horrible - my clothes and baby's items / clothes where thrown in boxes. My wedding dress was propped into a box without even taking care or making sure it is being placed in a way that it can not be damaged. No regards to anything. My dining room table and chairs were wrapped with blankets that were torn. I AM NERVOUS TO SEE IN WHAT THE STATE MY FURNITURE AND BELONGINGS ARE IN.
It was so unclear to who the drivers and rental truck where at that time that we had to involve the police to verify after a few hours.
Anitial quote was a average and similar to other quotes I received. But decided to go with [redacted], since he sounded like the company knows what their doing..
Day of pick up, the quote got bumped up with alomst $2000 that we had to pay.
In the meantime , whilst furniture is in storage, I tried to phone and speak to [redacted] / [redacted] numerous times, and of course no one is available... 3 months now in storage, phoned to schedule a delivery with [redacted] Everything seems to be going well now? Right?
NOOOO! After days of not hearing anything from them as to where the furniture are etc, I phoned again, and guess who, [redacted] Furniture is still in warehouse (i understand it takes a few days to prepare), but then again, thats also not what was said to me when I phoned her for delivery. She said clearly 3-7 business days from the time I phoned her to get the furniture delivered... Not the case at all - since its been more than a week - business days - already.
[redacted] seems very nice at first again, but then seems like she had lost her "customer service skills" on her way to work the morning. After a week the furniture is waiting for the other delivery pick ups since it is being consolidated with 2 other orders - ALSO WAS NOT AWARE MY FURNITURE WILL BE IN TRANSIT WITH OTHER ORDERS.
As per [redacted] sarcasm, rudeness and unprofessional words "we do not have a truck sitting outside waiting for [redacted]'s furniture / order - - and you have to wait [redacted], you have to wait"
I ask to speak to a manager, she doesnt know, I ask to speak to her boss, she doesnt report to anyone (as per [redacted] I ask for email address of a boss, and nothing, telephone numbers and she can not give me anything. She doesnt know who the "family is" that owns the business, although she states its a small family owned business and can not give me any other name other than to phone Customer service.
I wanted to get a revised "balance due" amount since we are not using the total amount of storage anitailly payed / quoted for, and now that I am requesting to pay less, which makes sense, no one is available. [redacted] is missing in action, [redacted] is missing in action - or plain just ignoring my calls / emails.
I do believe in customer service. I do believe to build good customer reviews for a company is crucial... That being said, I am NOT a happy customer. I will not have any good word coming from me or my family regarding this company. The service up to where you sign is awesome then it gets bad..
I will write a review everywhere I can regarding this company. I spoke with a Lawyer and will be submitting a claim with the Revdex.com.
Do not be fooled, this company is not professional, they are not what they seems and can definetely not be trusted with your belongings..

There is one thing that particularly made my move so satisfying. The guys from Interstate Relocation Systems were able to transport my bulky exercising gear without any issues. Indeed, they helped put it in the correct place upon delivery and into its normal working condition. The team was very considerate and made the entire process so much stress-free. I recommend them.

Interstate Relocation Systems was suggested by a friend and we contacted them to know their pricing. They sounded like guys who know what they're doing, and they duly answered all my questions. The sales guy I worked with was particularly helpful and forward thinking. We arranged for a day when I wasn't going to work and when the big truck was available as well. The strikingly tidy truck came with three guys who were smartly attired and with good mannerisms. They did all the work like pros, and I was glad that the big truck accommodated all my stuff, but this was especially because the guys loaded it very well. They delivered everything in proper condition, and I just want to let them know that I appreciated their awesome work. Thank you guys!

It is worth believing in this team. These people can be trusted with relocation services. I had a nice time moving to Florida from Kentucky. Interstate Relocation Systems was the team in charge and they ensured that my move was perfect. Being able to relocate that way made everything so different. It was a great relocation opportunity for me. I would advise people who are planning to relocate to try these awesome movers, you will be delighted.

Interstate Relocation Systems gave me a world of awesomeness. The movers were very insightful about moving from one state to another. I took advantage of their skills, and I had no issues at all for my move from Augusta, GA to Portage, MI. Recommended.

These guys are the absolute bottom of the barrel kinda people, my first interaction was with [redacted] this guys will be the sweetest guy on the phone and will win your business, uses words like " TRUST" etc but have absolute NO clue whats those words stand for. My furniture was moving from NJ to CA and was picked up on July 27th and was delivered on Sept 4th.

Now when they called me they said it will take 7 days for them to deliver my furniture, so I obviously told them that the first available day for pick up would be Aug 7th, (THIS IS WHAT THEY DONT TELL YOU) the contract will say that they 5-12 business days AFTER the first day you tell them. So make sure to pick your date wisely..

After we started calling them to track the order, their customer service team, which is by far the most unprofessional people I have come across, they will SHOUT at you and make you feel that you are doing something wrong by calling them to find out about your furniture. There is this woman by the name [redacted], who was plainly obnoxious, she didnt care about your concern and was the rudest person. At this point I tried to call Todd (The so-called trusted man), he sends me a text that " I am not part of operations, you need to figure out with them" after that no more communication from him. Absolute ss.

After repeated calling and repeated pleading they started giving us dates as to when they think the furniture will be loaded. [redacted], realized we were calling daily and started buying time by telling us that the trailer will be loaded in 2 days, we call after 2 days and they say (oh another 2 days, apparently some issue with the trailer) and then again and again.

Now come Aug 29th when a driver calls me and tells me that its finally loaded on Aug 26th and that he was on his way and he could deliver the furniture the following day. The following day he calls us and says that he had a flat tire, then the following day he calls and said his truck airbags werent getting deployed and it failed inspection, then he tells me he got stuck in NV and wont be here till friday 2nd. They finally show up on Saturday Sept 3rd ( This is 1 month & 1 week after my furniture had moved)

Now comes time for the actual moving of the furniture in my house, these 2 guys come at 7:00 AM, both of them are fighting with each other over what each one needs to do, the driver who apparently is supposed to be the one who is meant to reassemble my furniture based on the contract, tells me he has no clue how to put furniture and that he is JUST a driver, so basically they left without INSTALLING any furniture in my house. The driver tells me that he was given an outsourced trailer, which means those pics that you see on their website of the truck with their logo are probably fake. The driver himself tells me that his boss gave him someone else trailer. BTW, the driver was 2 weeks into this business, he tells me that he just got his license.

THESE GUYS ARE AN ABSOLUTE WORST of the lot, THEY ARE LIARS AND COMPLETE CROOKS. THEY DESERVE TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM, UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR FURNITURE DELIVERED AFTER 1.5 MONTH & UNASSEMBLED & DESTROYED.
