To whom it may concern: We have many members within the Kentucky and Tennessee area, and we are sorry that even one member had a poor experienceUnfortunately though, due to the varying nature of radio frequency propagation, it is possible for an area to not meet a member’s coverage
requirement. It is fairly common for one wireless provider to have stronger coverage in an area than another, which is typically due to cell site placement. We offer a and day trial period so that a person can try out our service and if it does not work for them they can receive a full refund However, member satisfaction is very important to us and we want to work with all our members to address any concern. In review of any complaint, there are many details that must be reviewed. The majority of these details fall under Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) rules, which limit us from publicly discussing these detailsIn this instance, the subscriber was a non contract member and was under no obligations and could terminate service with us at any timeThis member has been a repeat member in the past as well and knows how our service worksThe member has signed and agreed to our terms and conditions several timeThe member has also signed a phone flash agreement that explains that a handset that is not provided by us could have restrictions or not function properlyThis subscriber had been a regular complainer in the past but choose to continue services repeatedly with no obligations to do so until recently when it was interrupted for non paymentWith this being a non contract with no obligations and along with the disputed amount being even more than the subscriber had invested for it is felt we are under no obligated to refund at this time

within a timely manner.
MobileNation has a refund policy in our terms and conditions that states:
For Service cancellations administered within the applicable trial periods, you will be refunded the cost of the equipment, membership fee(s), and calling plan charges. Any other usage charges, including but not limited to, data megabyte or per minute overages, directory assistance, international long distance, or other items that may have a charge are not refundable. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the purchasing credit card or by a check from MobileNation which may take up to 14 days for processing. The trial periods are not available to current members who are renewing service under a prior Agreement with us or who are adding lines or purchasing additional equipment. For cancellations requested on the same day service is established, the cancellation must be administered at the same location where service was established to receive an in-store refund.
This Subscriber started service on the evening of 9/22/15 and contacted MobileNation to cancel service the following afternoon on 9/23/15
The cancelation was processed on 9/23/15 and submitted to our accounting department the same day, our accounting department issued a refund request back to our credit card vendor the following morning on 9/24/15 to refund the purchasing credit card.
If the cancelation request would have been the same day as the original charge MobileNation would have voided the charge request to the subscribers credit card, but since the cancelation request was the following day we have to go through a refund request process with our credit card vendor that can take additional time.
However, member satisfaction is very important to us and we want to work with all our members to address any concern. We discussed this issue with the member and resolution should have been reached, If not they may speak with myself without them having any penalty or fear of any repercussion actions. The subscriber should have already received the refund and we feel it was well within our normal refund terms.
Thanks

My experience with Mobile Nations wireless service, its extremely sub par products and in particular, confrontational and completely unprofessional sales associates and customer service staff, has been about as unpleasant and frustrating as they come. First of all their actual wireless service is a completely unreliable and nearly non-functioning service despite what their sales associates claim and promise. If you call service maybe part time and the fact that you lose business because your phone is in a "no service" state three quarters of the time and the fact that part of their phone plan should include that you will waste countless gallons of gas trying to find an area that you can actually get service in, this is the carrier to have. Extremely reliable too when your customers are continually forced to leave voicemail after voicemail that you don't get until three days later. Products and their reliability. One word. Junk. No wonder they give them away free. If you have over 7 contacts, again my advice, look elsewhere. The constantly reminding messages that your text messages in storage gave been reached when in fact you have none is also quite comforting when your phone is in its" no service" state. You would think any competent sales associate or customer representative would be able to correct the problem. Good luck here. I think the term "we will look into it and if it doesn't get better, come back or call back in two days" is a standard in this carriers training program. In short this service is HORRIBLE! Everthing about it and I would strongly encourage anyone seeking a reliable wireless carrier to look far beyond Mobile Nation.
