S & J Asphalt Paving

Yes we paved her driveway  over concrete . we told customer [redacted] that it's not guaranteed that the cracks will not reappear,guaranteed was for labor and materials. l came back and cracked filled at no charge. then sealcoated only when her husband called and we had to turn around 8 miles down...

the road and for $250.00 which l will gladly  refund. she would not accept this and threatened  us with and attorney ,so l said then tack us to court. l will still refund her $250.00

Since we can not prove it, we accept the small refund they offered.

This is a company out of state,that we have done work for in phases .we have chosen not to continue to do work for them on the last two phases becauses of always changing the work to be done and wanting us to do it it cheeper.The cracking is not from us, its either the material or there where cracks...

under neath to start with,that have come back threw. This is not our fault.They are up set because they want the old price for doing the job out front instead of the updateded  price l gave them,and he didn't like the price,wanting us to stick with the total of all 3 phases. The prices changed due to doing them separately and not all at once,plus increases in  the asphalt price.maybe the cannot fine someone to do it that cheep and that's why they are complaining  to want there money back.l don't know.
