Our truck had a transmission issue we went to them for a quote gave them a deposit and we’re given a receipt they told us that we would get the vehicle back a week later February 5, 2020. Now six weeks have gone by and we don’t have an update they keep avoiding calls. My husband has gone in person and it does not seem like they are working on the truck. We have been paying out-of-pocket for a rental because this is a mechanical issue so insurance doesn’t cover it. We need an answer.
