I can't get my original invoices for pets I've purchased through this shop. Also my car still hasn't been fixed and the owner is unprofessional.
On 4/11 I contacted mr *** about my engine light being on.5/15 I purchased a fuller neck for my Ford Fiesta 2015 SE pet owners instructions. Car would kill after receiving gas.came to office and gave payment via Visa card over phone to auto zone paying $197 recurved yellow invoice from me *** for $90 written only because of labor charged. I was finally able to drop my car off 5/21 per owners text. Revived my car back after getting fuel pipe on 5/26/20. Reported 5/28 via text to Mr *** that my engine light was back on.5/29 mr *** supposedly fixed the problem and he turned my engine light off. 5/30 3:19pm I texted *** saying engine light was back on. 6/8 I asked could my car be picked up and worked on due to work schedule and he said yes. And later texted me saying they were closed.between 6/9/20 and 6/11 I constantly tried to contact and get assistance from mr *** but he has a bad habit of ignoring calls and text. At this point he's saying the fuel pipe is the problem and that it's not bleeding properly. 6/10 I paid mr *** a visit and he hooked my car to a scanner that read I had bleeding fuel problems and h th e vacuum is damaged. He said he would call bill hood ford to get another fuel pipe. And he got the engine light to turn off. He told me he would take my car in on 6/12. He said the truck had not ran as in parts hadn't been received of some sort of false information given to me. Inquired on Monday 6/15 would he get my car to fix? He ignored all attempts of contact. Until 6/16 basically I begged and he finally responded to call his cell and he finally answered. He made a deal with me that he would bring me home if I got someone to bring me to his shop to deliver my car. Around 11:30 am 6/16 hewasdriven me home when he decided to tell me he couldn't drive the extra 7 minutes to my home and that he would have to leave me outside of my moms house instead because he wa short handed. So I was stranded for a while in the heat because of no transportation. He told me on 6/17 he would call me around 3:00pm and no call was received. Finally I was able to pick my. At up late that evening. On 6/24 I requested info regarding my parts because it seemed the fuel pipe wasn't the issue and the issue was the valve, per outside mechanic advice and research. Between 6/24 and 6/30 I contacted mr *** daily without any assistance or feedback. He finally texted me that 6/30 the car had to be in early in the morning in order to be corrected.me dad dropped it off around 1:00pm 7/1. 7/2 requested an updated on my car. At this stage mr *** was instructed in June to run further test on my car per bill hood because they felt that the fuel pipe could be faulty but wanted to correctly run tests Mr *** kept it overnight twice and realized it wasn't the fuel pipe but it was the purge valve but didn't offer any help regarding mis-diagnosing my vehicle and me having to spend nearly $300 for a part and labor I didn't need. So July 1st was the beginning of supposedly putting a purge valve on my car. On 7/2 mr Jon called around 7:30pm saying he was leaving my car outside the gate with the key in the seat for pickup because he wasn't able to reprogram my car correctly in time but he was able to put the purge valve on. He was closed 7/3 for July 4th k. Saturday and didn't have time to finish
My vehicle and also he had never discussed prices with me in anything he basically indicated he was fixing his mistake he never fixed since May. So I want able to get my car and he spoke to me Monday saying he had to put parts on my car and I asked what parts because he he said he fixed the valve last week prior. But he told me on 7/7 he actually had to order pieces for my car, that's what he referenced it as, the he called me and said he had the parts in on 7/8 and was fixing the car and had to program it.he said it would be ready for pickup around 4-4:30pm. He never reached back out to me and stopped answering my calls and text. As of Today my car remains an problem.

Desired Outcome

I want to revive the original receipt from auto zone 5/27 $90.00 and Orielly $197.00 5/18 explaining part numbers, warranty, and explanation of what work was done to my car between 7/1/20 when my car was delivered to C&J auto Repair owner Mr *** and picked up 7/10/20. I also want to know why the owner has written up a bill of $97 for a part that's not on my car or has never been fixed. I also have videos of our talks regarding my car. I also would like a refund of the fuel pipe since I never needed it and he claimed he never got rid of my old on but he kept and maybe has used it I. Someone's car.

Called on 7/24/18 to say truck was still leaking oil told me bring back on 8/10.Brought my vehicle to this business on 8/10/18 to have them see why rear end was still leaking oil after supposedly replaced seal on 7/23/18.Was informed on 8/10/18 that the yoke & again seal needed to be replaced.Paid this business to replace seal AGAIN & replace with new yoke assembly.Pick truck back up,noticed next day was still leaking oil.Called back.Told me to bring it back in a little over a week.Brought back he then claimed that there was a stick stuck in it & seal needed to be changed again.There was NO stick stuck in it I could see the entire assembly before I brought it back.but Was frustrated by this point & gave him another chance.Again I let him replace the seal. Still it was leaking oil when I checked the next day. I called & sent multiple text messages for several weeks that he claimed never got but I know he did everything said delivered. then had someone else contact him he then had me bring back in 2 weeks.I brought back.After the 4th time he is now saying it's all internal nothing external & I would have to pay him another $1000. I felt this guy was & has been lying to me & had never replaced anything on my truck that I paid him for. I then few days later brought truck to another mechanic for a second opinion.Told the new mechanic about rear leaking & everything I was told was done to it.The new mechanic says nothing was changed by the first mechanic that all of the parts first mechanic claimed to have changed was the original factory parts (rusty & same wear as everything else under truck)it would cost me another $1000 to have new mechanic replace. When the first mechanic supposedly did but never did.He showed me all first mechanic did was dent up my truck yoke & never replaced anything. Which explains why the issue was never resolved. New mechanic also informed & showed me that the other mechanic never looked internally bc if so would have to put silicone to reseal back plate once put back on.

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like full refund of what I have paid for parts and labor that was never done to my truck. I have driving back and forth from Covington multiple times spending On fuel and time that was wasted. Since now I am having to bring it elsewhere to replace yoke and seal which was what I already have paid to have replaced and it never was.
