we have resolved this matter she will be in on the 11/18/to purchase this vehicle because we don't do refunds on cars she was approved for the loan and told me that she will be back on the 11/2/with the dollars on the down payment the dollars was to hold and take of our list of
sales but she called me and she decided to come and get the vehicle on the 18th of this month because she used the money else where thank you *** *** from S&J Autos LLCin Bay StLouis

This letter is in response to a complaint from [redacted] against S&J Autos LLC. [redacted] approached myself at my business and said he was in desperate
need of help in purchasing a car.  He stated, "My wife left me and let my two cars be repossessed." He said, "I only have...

[redacted] dollars to put down on a car and my credit is ruined."
I, was at first hesitant, but he insisted for me to try to help him get a car because, "Everyone else turned him down." He even said that he was referred to us from another person.   I informed him that I had a [redacted]2 Saturn that was older, with a few minor problems that consisted of the security system having to be reset before cranking and the break light issue,  but as long as he was ok with the issues I could sell it to him for [redacted] dollars down and [redacted] a month. He drove the car and agreed that the car drove smooth and that he was ok to proceed with the purchase. Mr. [redacted] agreed to these terms. I have witnesses that were present during the agreement.
Mr. [redacted] was informed prior to purchase of the vehicle that he would be responsible for repairing the security issue, but we would take care of the break light issue for his safety.  He was shown how the security system has to be reset before cranking the car,  and he demonstrated understanding by resetting the security system.  The break lights in the back of the car were not working properly, so, for his safety, I gave him a loaner vehicle with no safety problems and called a mechanic that works for me from time to time that I needed his assistance with looking at the break lights on the car. He failed to show up for his appointment, so we took his car to my local mechanic, [redacted], in Bay St Louis, Ms. to have the break lights fixed.  He  was informed of this as well. [redacted] worked on the Saturn and repaired the break lights.  It took [redacted] a few days to get the break light job done, but as soon as it was ready they let me know, and he was contacted, and he eventually came and returned the loaner car and picked up his car.
 During the process of getting the Saturn break lights repaired, he continually called and harassed me and my salesman at the office. He used curse words and yelled and screamed at us because he was angry that the car was not ready sooner. We let him know that we were doing the best that we could.  The numerous times that we talked he was not civil. Having a civil conversation with him was very difficult.  
Approximately, four days after he picked up his car, he texted me telling me to come get the car because he did not want the car and that I could come get this "piece of junk out of his mother's yard." I informed him that I would come get it.  A week or so later I offered him that I would actually come get the car and correct the security issue for him so that he could keep the car so that he would not be out his money on the car. He refused this offer and told me to come get the car.  I had my tow services to come get the car.  I had the security issue corrected. The first time that I attempted to crank the car we noticed that it appeared that someone has put something in the fuel system so that the car would not run anymore. I currently have the car at my mechanics to be checked out.  I will continue to work with him if need be. I do not want a derogatory mark on my business name. We do try out best to provide good customer service.

I am rejecting this response because:  this issue was not resolved!   Customer service continued to be below par.   Product was not ready for possession after approximately one month of service/repairs.   Resolution:  Sought product from alternative dealer.   Due to this action, I was not refunded $100.00 down payment.

Put a partial down payment on a vehicle to be purchased at later date. Was informed that vehicle in question needed a part / or parts replaced. I told the salesperson that I wouldn't be able to take possession for at least two weeks so they would have time to take care of things. During this two week period, I tried calling listed numbers to get an update on the vehicle and other info but no one answered phones. After second attempt, I received a call from the owner, [redacted]. I explained that no one has been answering office phones. He seemed surprised and apologized for the inconvenience, gave me another number for some one to speak with (which I called), but she knew nothing about the vehicle in question. She provided me with another number to whom should've known of the status of said vehicle. Again, no answer. Continued attempted communications these past days to no avail. This time, not even returned calls. Left message on office number expressing great disappointment and frustration. Decided to demand return of down payment.

We have spoken to [redacted]. We have proof where we sent in her paperwork to the Department of Revenue back when she first purchased the car. We sent a check along with the paperwork that we paid for this title to be registered.  Somehow, the paperwork was misplaced after we sent it off. We...

apologize for the inconvenience this has been to Ms [redacted]. Her new title has been ordered by fast track method to expedite the process.  As soon as we receive it we will fast track it back in for expedited processing. We have spoken with Ms [redacted] and reassured her that the title will  be registered asap. Thanks

I am rejecting this response because:
 [redacted]'s (from S&J Autos) statements hold very little truth. While he did talk to me, it took me calling multiple times (and my phone calls were declined), showing up at his business, and getting in touch with BBC for him to talk to me at all. It has been a year since I bought this car. So please tell me, if my paperwork has been "fast tracked", why has it taken this long? Also, why was it so hard for me to be "reassured"? I spoke with him two days ago and he told me he had not sent it back off yet because he was waiting on more paperwork. I and so spoke with [redacted] yesterday and send j had to send in my OLD title application for him to get you information from it so he could send off a new one.
