We present the following verifiable facts & information as our response to the accusations made by the Debtor:
The Lien Holder has
a right to recover their property, per contract, if timely payments are not made
Per *** *** Crystal Lake, IL., there is NO WAY to siphon gas from a ***
We received a release for Debtor's *** on 5/11/at approximately 11:am, Debtor called for his vehicle sometime after release( PRIOR to this contact, Debtor had called in on 5/8/15, asking for redemption process detailsIt was explained to him all redeemed vehicles were pulled prior to am daily for redemption appointments the same dayVehicles released after am would be redeemed the following day with an appointment) When Debtor called he wanted to come in immediately but his vehicle had been released too late and we had no more appointments open on the 11thWe made an appointment for him, at his request,at 3pm, 5/12/
To Conclude,
We treat all debtors with equal courtesy and consideration, as we did this debtor
While we empathize with this delinquent debtor, we can't understand his deliberate twisting of the facts and events

That is a complete falsehoodHere are the instructions on how to siphon gas from a *** ***
All you need to do is pull out the inside trunk liningThen remove the Phillips screws holding on the metal plate covering the pumpUnplug the pumpRemove the 10mm nuts and remove the pump very easyThen siphon out the gasA mechanic will charge about dollars to do thisIt's not hard at all to remove the pump
You can bet I will be checking with a mechanic to see if those screws were disturbed now
I am not twisting factsMy gas tank was deliberately emptiedEither that, or they drove my vehicle around until it was emptyEither way, the gas was unlawfully taken or usedI'm not a stupid person and I know the gas was thereI'm not the first person to complain about the shady business tactics of this organizationThere is NO WAY possible that we drove home with that little gas in our gas tankI would have had to fill it up with a gas can just to make it down the block, let alone to a gas stationAlso, I would like to point out that whether or not I made my payments is irrelevant where my gas is concernedI remedied the situation that was a misunderstanding to begin with and the vehicle was to be released immediately as per *** FinancialI called in at 10:AM and they told me there were no appointments availableThe fact that they refer to me as a delinquent debtor several times is nothing more than an attempt to devalue my integrity at this point as it has nothing to do with this complaintThere was no good reason that they could not have relinquished my vehicle immediately, as they had the keys and it did not need to be towed out of the lotIt was nothing more than a way to gouge me for more money

The accusations by the Repossessed Debtor are completely falseWe did not not hold his vehicle for extra days (please reread our last response)
We did not remove gas from his tankHe made an accusation and than he found out about the baffle in the fill tank areaHe must have called the Dealer and was told about the complicated method of gas removal, we were all astonished he would try to use that as a gas removal methodThe Dealer mentioned to us that method but said it was complicated and a Dealer procedure
If the Debtor sincerely believed there was any theft at all, he should have immediately filed a Police Report, instead of trying to make something out of nothing
