Review: S. Jerrahian & Company installed a new roof on my house 3 years ago. After completion of the roof I was given a 10 warranty on the workmanship of the roof. I now have discovered and verified by a certified home inspector that the roof was improperly installed and does not provide adequate ventilation for the attic. This is due to inadequate mesh ridge vents installed by **. [redacted] company S. Jerrahian and Company. Poor ventilation can cause detrimental damage to the attic and my house and needs to remedied as soon as possible. I contacted **. [redacted] to fix and address the problem. He told me that he would fix the roof. After repeated attempts to get him to come out and fix the roof he stopped answering or returning my phone calls. He does not have an email address. I need to have the roof fixed as soon as possible so no damage occurs within the attic. At this point I have contacted another company that will be fixing the roof toward the end of the upcoming week, before additional damage will occur in my house.Desired Settlement: I would like **. [redacted] owner of S. Jerrahian and Company to remove and replace existing inadequate mesh ridge vents and shingles on my roof with proper baffle ridge vents. In addition, after the new baffled ridge vents are installed they must be covered with new shingle material.
