Hi I replaced what I agreed on in a contract! The customer came home early and seen us change it right in front of him after completing job customer signed the contract saying he was 100% satisfied.I have the old pump still and receipt with the same date it was installed
At this time, I have been contacted directly by S & K Construction/Plumbing regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The owner sent me a text message that I did not respond toHe said that he installed a new pump tried to do the right thing
and this happens then he sent a text that says all goodI didn't respond was not sure if I was supposed too please advise to my next step I have a picture of the text messages
