check of $250 personally. We are looking to receive that from the consumer. We have been trying to contact the consumer. The number isn't taking any calls. I have sent multiple letters asking to talk about this issue. We also do not ever take cash unless there is a receipt given.

I called the customer December 15, 2015 and let the customer know the vehicle was ready and just needed to be cleaned. Three days went by and I did not hear from the customer. December 17, 2016 the car was missing and I called the customer and left messages but never received a response. I called the customer's mother and the mother called back and I explained the issue. An hour later the father called and I explained to him that the car was taken without payment. I called again a week later I said if I did not receive payment I will report this to police.
The customer, mother and father came in to make payment arrangements. The father paid $250 deductible and a provided check for the remaining balance. We were not paid twice.
