We did perform the given work for the given party. There was a storm that did do damage on thier house. The liability insurance...
company handled the claim on this matter, and the [redacted]'s settled with them. [redacted] at my request sent a sales representative by the [redacted]'s residence to inform them of what warranty covers. The rep was very clear to me that he did not inform the clients that there roof was not covered under warranty. He was clear that he never got on the roof, and simply explained how warranty works. The roof, by the [redacted]'s own admission, has been functioning properly. They seem to fear that thier roof has no manufactures warranty, I disagree. We have our two year workmanship warranty that I am willing to extend. We performed the work as specified, and certainly feel we deserve to be paid. We have the [redacted]s a Propoasal, when they bid the roof, which we signed, but they did not. The proposal is out contract.
