contact *** *** to let him know when the credit was doneWe never hold it against a customer if a subscription is auto renewed in error and have always been very customer friendly in resolving issues of this kindThis problem was addressed immediately upon being brought to our attention and even with the delay the credit was issued to the customer's charge card in time to appear on his next statement
