I have reached out to S and K regarding these issues of the transmission leaking and some of the linkages not adjusted correctly as well as the stall converter installed did not match the motorI also reached out in order to get an itemized list of all the parts used in the transmission complete with part numbers and serial numbers I did not get a response eitherI called multiple times and was hung up on in one instance in addition I went into the shop to talk to someone about the issues but no one was availableThe plastic molding in my door handle that was broken during the repair I had no response on after I was assured that it would of been taken care ofThe new shop has not done any repairs except for a visual inspectionit feels that no shift kit was put in the vehicle as I requested and paid for, S and K was not able to give me any documentation on thatThe shifter feels as if it is in a bind as well, and the governor cover is leaking I have filed a dispute with the cards I used in the transaction trying to recover my funds so I can have the new shop correctly repair and upgrade the transmission as requestedS and K has known that I had some concerns and questions, but did not make any effort to try to resolve the issue so I began the dispute process with the cardsI would be more than happy to discuss these issues with S and K and try to come to an agreement of getting the correct parts put in the vehicle complete with the proper paper work The only one who committed fraud was S and K

Good afternoonCustomer has never reached out to S&K with any of these complaintsCustomer has also tried to start a charge back on his card without any notice given to S&K that any issues existedIf customer has allowed another facility to work on transmission without returning to S&K the warranty has been void No information or calls have come from this customerNo invoices from this mobile mechanic have been sent to our business so other than being caught off guard and feeling of customer trying to pull possible fraud for not paying for repair this is all the information that can givenCustomer has never given us a chance to hear of these complaints So S&K is always open to helping a customer, but when customer has not contacted us or sent anything in writing for us to know of such problem it would be hard to fix Same information is being sent to Paymatech part of Chase bank to respond to customer trying to do charge back Scott R***
