I had the owner over on 10/17/14 to bid on a small job (2 window replacements and steel entry door replacement) on my garage. At that time, I made a down payment of $734 on the $1233 total for the job. I did not hear back from them since they accepted my check (60 days) so I called on 12/17/14 to inquire about when the services will be completed. I was told by the owner [redacted] that he had my windows and door in for quite sometime and that he would be by to complete the job right after the Christmas holiday. I have not heard for him still. I have been waiting 10 weeks for this job to be completed.
Good customer service from the initial phone call to service work. Quality, efficient & knowledgeable.
