sent *** to my home on 2/23/19 after I requested service for my heat pump freezing. The repair tech stated that it was too cold to check it properly and that he would return. They never contacted me to come back out I called *** to request a status update in March only for them to tell me that the service was completed. I stated to them that *** did nothing and that I needed them to return to complete the job. They told me *** was no longer on their rotation so they sent another company. Now the other company informed me that I had leaking valves and all of the Freon was depleted had *** came back or did something that day to tell me that my valves were leaking Freon my unit will not be in need of 10 lbs of Freon at the cost of $950.00. I feel that *** and *** drop the ball on this one and now *** are telling me that they did not have to give *** any notes on the findings and they are not responsible for my unit being depleted of the Freon. If they had checked or even bother to come out again as the tech stated would happen I would not be in this position.
