From: Date: Tue, Dec 8, at 10:AMSubject: Reason for rejection of company's response - Complaint ID #***To: Revdex.com Hi,I received your message on 12/3/with the firm's response and I answered it right awayBut before I was able to make a copy for me or say send it, it disappeared from the screenSo, I wrongly assumed it had been sentNow I am doing it again and using a different method, through my e-mail, which I am just learning how to use.Response:It seems like Luis H***, has a very selective memoryIf, like he says, he moved me twice before, he must know that I had the same household items that I had before and I have pictures of both houses to prove it(He moved me from my townhouse in the new part of Manassas, Vato the house in Fredericksburg, Va.)He even HAD MORE THINGS then, because I had planters with bushes that he had kept in storage for meBesides, when he came to pack my items he must have seen the amount of boxes that were to be movedI had told him that this time he would have to do more packing than before because I was getting old and did not feel like doing as much as beforeI then repeatedly asked him if he had gotten a storage place and he said "yes, and not to worry about it", but did not know when it was suppose to startHe thought it was the l3th, so before he came to remove the boxesI gave him the money - $for the month and then made sure I sent another check for the same amount for the second month, for which I have never gotten a receipt.I NEVER said that he used his private vehicle to pick up my items, he came with a small *** and when all the things did not fit he came back the next day with his private white van.I accepted his explanation that he had left some items in his private storage because his wife told me that they were coming back shortly to Florida to send a container to Chile and that's when they were bringing my stuffThis never happened and when I repeatedly called he said he would call me back with a date, which he NEVER didFinally he took my items to my daughters house in Falls Church, because I asked her to call him.On parahe says that I called him to thank him and tell him that everything was OKThat is not TRUEI called him, as a COURTESY, to tell him that I had asked my daughter to see if my Shredder was there and paintings that I had bought in Chile (of chickens), and that she had found, so he would not have to look for them.On parahe says that I called about certain things that were missingHe asked me to send him a list and I told him that it was his responsibility to know what was missing since he had done the packing and taken the items from my house.I never said that I had found some pictures (I was missing frames not pictures) that I had brought in the car with meWhat I brought in the car with me were my mother's crystal and some ivory that she gave me before she passed away.And about his reputation, as you can see, he deals mainly with *** and *** and even if they had a complaint they would not know where to go toAnd I'm sure he forgot to mention that I told him that I had received by mistake legs to some furniture that did not belong to meHe had no idea who they belong to and that I had themHe probably still does not know what I'm talking aboutThat's how organized he isBesides he had a big problem with the Customs in Chile and because of that boxes that I had sent to Chile to give to a friend (for charity), of that ONLY ONE arrived.On 11/6/I sent him a final e-mail, with copy to my daughter, so I have proof of what I wrote to tell him the things I was still missingI have NEVER HEARD from himI wrote it in Spanish, so he would understand it, because as you can see his English even after 30+ years leaves a lot to be desired.Sincerely,*** ***

days ago. I am very sorry for the delay.In fact, I moved [redacted]. As I did two time before these.Previews to the move I talk with [redacted], I specially ask her is the amount of possessions where the same as the other two times, She told the that she did not buy or get anything after the last time that I moved her. For that reason we went with a 20 ft truck that we use the time before.When we arrive to her home in VA, we find out that her possessions where much, much more that she told Inc. As you may understand of course they did not fit in into the truck. We agreed with [redacted] that I was coming back to get the rest of her belonging.I am sorry Sir but is not true that I use a personal vehicle to do the job. We went in the largest [redacted] Express Van to take everything out.Regarding the storage, we rent a 10x15 ft size enough to fit her possessions. When we arrive with the truck we realize that it was not enough space to fit everything. So we had to use our private one. She only paid the 10x15 ft.I recognize that at the time to move her households to Florida, with the rush, I simple forgot to take the things in the second storage. I explain to her what happened. She accepts the explanations and agreed to receive her belongings later on.After these, [redacted] ([redacted]'s daughter) contact me asking to take the rest of her mother household to her house in VA plus $300.00. As I understand she took care of the things and sends it to FA.When I talked with [redacted]. I told her that her mother told me something about the price that I charge. I explain very clear why. [redacted] told me that knowing the facts. I don't have to worry about it because she was going to explain that to her mother the reason of these (two jobs in one). After that, [redacted], call me to thanks me for everything that was done and telling me that everything was OK.Few days after [redacted] call me again to tell asking for certain things that she did not have. I ask her to please tell me or name the articles missing. She in very nasty and rude manners told me “You know exactly what it is and what I am talking about"I wanted to let you know that fact because few days before she told that she was missing some pictures that after she realize that the pictures were carried by herself in her own car.I hope that with this explanation everything will be clear. All of these matters damage my 30 year work and reputation.Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further information.
