I am very sorry for the delay.In fact, I moved [redacted] . As I did two time before these. Previews to the move I talk with [redacted] , I specially ask her is the amount of possessions where the same as the other two times, She told the that she did not buy or get anything after the last time that I moved her. For that reason we went with a 20 ft truck that we use the time before. When we arrive to her home in VA, we find out that her possessions where much, much more that she told Inc. As you may understand of course they did not fit in into the truck. We agreed with [redacted] that I was coming back to get the rest of her belonging. I am sorry Sir but is not true that I use a personal vehicle to do the job. We went in the largest [redacted] Express Van to take everything out. Regarding the storage, we rent a 10x15 ft size enough to fit her possessions. When we arrive with the truck we realize that it was not enough space to fit everything. So we had to use our private one. She only paid the 10x15 ft. I recognize that at the time to move her households to Florida, with the rush, I simple forgot to take the things in the second storage. I explain to her what happened. She accepts the explanations and agreed to receive her belongings later on. After these, [redacted] ( [redacted] 's daughter) contact me asking to take the rest of her mother household to her house in VA plus $300.00. As I understand she took care of the things and sends it to FA. When I talked with [redacted] . I told her that her mother told me something about the price that I charge. I explain very clear why. [redacted] told me that knowing the facts. I don't have to worry about it because she was going to explain that to her mother the reason of these (two jobs in one). After that, [redacted] , call me to thanks me for everything that was done and telling me that everything was OK. Few days after [redacted] call me again to tell asking for certain things that she did not have. I ask her to please tell me or name the articles missing. She in very nasty and rude manners told me “You know exactly what it is and what I am talking about" I wanted to let you know that fact because few days before she told that she was missing some pictures that after she realize that the pictures were carried by herself in her own car. I hope that with this explanation everything will be clear. All of these matters damage my 30 year work and reputation.Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further information.
