Very impressed with the service and responsiveness of BellBrook Fence No wonder they have been around as long as they have ! They put the customer first and go out their way to exceed expectations Pleasure to work with them!

Working with the Bellbrook Fence crew was a good experience and I would highly recommend them whether commercial property or residential The office team was extremely attentive in retuning my calls and setting up the install We had a new fence and locking gates installed around our rec facility and pool area and the installation went smoothly and in a timely manner I found the install team to be very professional and mindful of our needs and questions If I have future needs, Bellbrook Fence Company would be my first choice

Requested an appointment to get an estimate for a fence and was informed the hours of operation are 9a.m.- 4p.mI explained that I work until 5pm and would be available after or even for a Saturday appointment and was given an immediate email response that they couldn't accommodate anything after 4p.mThe low rating is solely based on the company not being able to have a consultant accommodate anything after 5p.mas this shouldn't be a difficult request considering most working adults aren't available during the day

the installation for the fence we purchased is terrible. There are such large gaps at the bottom of the fence I have to put things under the fence to keep a 50 lb dog from crawling under it. I contacted them to have it fixed and they said they would be willing to fix part of it if I agreed to pay part of the labor (which I agreed to). They never came out to fix it when they said they would and when I tried to call them back they did not return my calls. We paid several thousand dollars on a fence that we thought would be beautiful and it has turned out to be an embarrassment. Since we live on a corner lot, it looks awful from all directions. I am considering putting a sign on the fence that says "this horrible fence was installed by Bellbrook Fence Co"

I called Bellbrook fense company at the end of march for a quote. They gave me an appointment on april 8th at 1pm. I asked for a time after 5 pm since we both work but he said that there are no available appointments within a short period of time. I accepted because I didn't want wait for months, this was already 2 weeks of wait. My husband and I took off from work on april 8th to go home to be there when they come. They didn't come even after 1:30 and neither they didn't call. We called couple of times but nobody answered the phone. We were really frustrated, and left around 2. What a waste of time. When somebody makes an appointment don't they have to keep it? We thoguth it was very rude behavior. I would not hier them anymore because I dont' trust people who don't keep their word and doesn't care about the otehrs' time. How anybody trust somebody who cannot even keep an appointment??????????? I WOULD NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

We had 2 aluminum fence and gates installed on both sides of house, and a shadow box wood fence installed along the back of our yard that abutted to my neighbors fence. Total price 4,469.44.
Not sure if enough space for this but when wood fence installed, we got home and half was up, but it was installed privacy-had to tear it down(worried about posts, cement,new holes) inconsistent space between boards(some 5" some 3. With the fence/gate out front the one side of house isn't straight across like promised, looks like I installed, all jagged. And no it wasn't because of ground uneven, if I could take a picture I would, my brother came with big tiller and we evened out both sides for the gates. The other side of house gate/fence had to be done 3 times, gate installed on wrong side of post so had to take out post. Salesman measured for our camper so fence came to a certain spot, they did that wrong had to take down(was marked on grass) I have no idea how many times BBF came to our house. I know it sounds like I wanted it perfect, I just wanted it done. A customer should never have to stand and watch to make sure it is done right. From calling to get my caps they didn't put on my posts, to measurements, in correct installing, and 1st day of install- NO ONE showing up- I had to call and ask are you coming? I would never recommend them. My icing on cake was salesman calling to complain that they hadn't been paid and his commission was part of the bill. They still had to come out and re install the gate/fence that they measured/installed wrong. All I wanted was to pull my camper through and I said as soon as they get gate up I will( l wasn't stalling) . Then he said, well we are coming Saturday YOU WILL HAVE A check ready. I don't know how many times they
came to my home, but it was Unnecessary if they had trained installers. I said, if it had been done like you promised you would of been paid weeks ago. I'm very sad that all this happened honestly, I always wanted a fence and always wanted BBF to install. I am not a picky person but I don't have gobs of money and it seemed like they didn't care how it was installed. The gal in office was nice and salesman was til the end. I don't feel like I was Un reasonable, she even said she had no idea why all these bad mistakes are happening. I'm sorry I would never recommend them.
