S M B Sales

On September 5th, 2018, I made a large purchase from ACW (All Cosmetics Wholesale) online for a net amount of $733.65. I was led to believe that this merchandise was brand new and gift worthy name brand cosmetics. The merchandise arrived all thrown in a large box weighing 32.5 pounds. The merchandise was scratched, dusty, and not aesthetically appealing and I have no idea how old it was. When I contacted the company via email to request a return, they stated their business practice was to sell new merchandise that was actually "shelf pulls" and less than perfect new merchandise. I contend that this was not disclosed to me on their home page, on the product pages I selected from nor at anytime during check out. Their response was that they disclose this on their "about us" page which is located on a tab under the "help" subcategory link at the bottom/footer of the website. I opened a dispute with my credit card company to resolve this. I have even returned the merchandise at my expense. Citicard cannot get them merchant to issue me a credit and I returned the merchandise to the seller at my expense because I was told by Citicard that this was needed to be done in order to assist me in this dispute. I am currently out $733.65 plus $92.93 in return shipping. I need help with this complaint because the merchant/seller has my merchandise and has not been willing to issue me a refund.
