I would have left immediately if she didn't tell me that she could get Michelle on the phone. This is the only reason I waited. I will start with Mrs [redacted] did have a couple issues with her home which was fixed immediately. We do not order underpinning and make a profit on it, we only order it as a favor for customers to save money. As far as her being irate because it was wrong had nothing to do with us. She cussed my mom...

and I have it on camera if it needs to be reviewed by anyone. She called her names I can not say on here. Her warranty issues is with the company that built her home Clayton Homes, I do have parts ordered for her, but I have informed factory that they will need to install parts. That my company will not be doing any contract service work for company. I have showed this video to the local police department and they advised me to advise her to never call or come to this office again. And that if she did to file warrants on her. She threaten several times to beat my employees butt. So by the advice of the local police department she is not to contact me or this office for her warranty needs she must contact them, she has all numbers for them, if she needs to return underpinning she can call [redacted] at [redacted] they also will warranty her heat pump.
