I was very upset because from the beginning when CMX operator called me for delivery schedule she can explain to me about they policiesI did find this info when I had a question about help and while rudeness conversation with operator and supervisor they told me that just one day ahead my delivery day.They need to have customer service skills and be more friendly with the customers
