S Masters Flat Roof Specialist

I met Sam Sa*** at Wal Mart with his business truck and asked if he could fix my roof. It leaked when it rained. He said, “yes.” We exchanges numbers and he called me the next day. I then gave him a $200 deposit for him to start. He met me at work for that. Then he went back to my house and my significant other was home. Sam said he finished the roof but it was raining lightly. He said if he had to come back and seal other spots he would. I paid him the rest of the amount we agreed on which was $800. Since it was raining lightly I signed the contract and ran into the house. That’s when I noticed some strange things about my contract like the address. It has a Kansas City address but we are in St Louis. Then he didn’t fill out the line with the length of the warranty. So next time it rained my roof was still leaking and Sam said he’d come back and that I was a nice lady and all that. So I said, “okay.” When COVID 19 broke out he made that as an excuse not to come that day but he said he’d come soon. I told him that COVID19 wasn’t on the top of my roof and that I didn’t have to come around hi cause he was paid. So I called Sam again and it turned into next week. Then it turned into he’d come in a couple of days. Then my husband called upset and Sam S hasn’t answered the phone for me since.
