Avoid these guys at ALL cost They are an unlicensed, unqualified husband/wife minor son and others group that should be run out of town! They do extremely shoddy work, don't know what they are doing, don't know how to install basic plumbing or construction items and act insensed if you dare to question their work or opinions They will leave a terrible mess in your home, and will act with total disregard for your home and belongingsYou will find overspray of texture material on everything, including your furniture, tile, plumbing fixtures and even the siding on the outside of your house You will find paint, stain, grout, and anything else they try to do, on the walls, floor and everywhere but where it is supposed to be! The work itself will be of D minus to F quality They will then try to overcharge you, and threaten/bully you into paying them Did I mention that they will accept your job then only show up to work on days convenient for them Work which was promised to be done in about weeks took 6-weeks to complete When it was supposedly done, they left it in VERY dirty condition and when we questioned them about it, they said they don't pay people to clean, can you imagine the nerve of an owner telling customers that?? We hope people will see this and think twice or more about using this group of keystone cops! It's your money and home!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As much as the business owner would like to think this has to do with the amount of money he billed, it rather has to do with the quality of work As I have graduated from college with a degree in economics it can be easily understood for me that as a job size increases, so will the bill This is the case in this situation Obviously we would have argued with him about the estimate from the gor just not hired him However, in the previous email we stated that he was instructed not to dirty the floors or other items in the house (not the case) Also, if I pay someone $for a professional job, I expect it to be professionally done In either of the phone calls I made following my rookie wife's inspection to complain about things she hadn't seen there was never once an apology or offer to come fix the mistakes (texture everywhere, uncut air return holes, filled electrical outlets, etc) At that point I felt that the businessman had no interest in fixing his problems and decided to move on with my issues It wasn't until our electrician came in a week and a half later to finish trimming the outlets and switches that I noticed the large gaps in the drywall around these items and that the one outlet that had been completely covered up This raised my concern to the point of contacting the Revdex.com since I had no further interest in expressing my concerns to a disregarding hireAlso, I am also now fully aware with a confession of breaking and entering that this business has no values to stand uponAs to the concern about his tools being left in my home overnight, I maintain zero responsibility for those items If he felt concerned he should have packed his things every single night Again, I would like to point out that this business, in his response, shows no concern for fixing his mid-grade work I would be glad to provide numerous pictures with my complaint If there will be no solution, I will be glad to turn in a confession to breaking and entering Regards, [redacted] ***

As to the complaint. This is a case were  the home owner singed off and said they were happy with the work performed. The only complaint we received was a phone call about there being texture on a fire place and no texture on the side of a window that was within an inch and a half from the...

stone of a fire place.  At that time the home owner said that he had spent an hour cleaning up and it was done .The reason for his call was to inform me he was unhappy beyond that there was no further contact..  As to entering the home with a credit card  After waiting 10 to 20 minutes for the third consecutive day and paying my employees while his father fed cows or cut grass. I opened the door with a credit card  I guess I could have had someone go through the open windows. With this easy access to the home I was disappointed with the care that the home owner had to secure the home knowing I had Thousands of dollars of tools and material within the home. they were the ones that were at the house every night after I had left and stated that they would lock up. When the father walked up I stated that they needed to lock windows and use deadbolts to secure there home .that was the last day my tools were on the job. There will be no refund due to there not being any communication  about anything other than the fireplace. If a customer wants a problem to be solved they first have to address the issue with someone that has the ability to fix it  witch they never did.  This is more  of a customer wanting money back because they originally got a bid for a job 1/3 the size so when the scope of work increased the cost went up accordingly .

Review: They did a terrible job! The corners where they texturized were sloppy and clumpy. The texture itself was poorly done and they did a terrible job of blending, leaving swooping lines. They left a horrible mess; there was dust all over the house, they COVERED the outlets with texture, they got texture on my b[redacted] fireplace and all over the floors, they got texture on the doors and in the window frames, when I lightly rubbed my hand on the wall, clumps of texture came off. They cut holes that were too big for the outlets and lights, which needed patched. They covered up 2 vents and 1 outlet. The placed broken drywall in the house and didn't fix it. They refused to cover all nail holes or texturized near the window because "trim would cover it," except it didn't! The worst part was they broke into our house with a credit card and openly admitted it! They waited 10 minutes and then decided to break into the house. Then when we called them back they never offered to clean up, fix their mistakes, or apologized. Horrible business!Desired Settlement: Based on all the extra work we have to do fixing holes, sanding the corners, sanding the walls, patching broken drywall, cleaning walls, cleaning floors, cleaning brick, cleaning windows, we would like $1,000. The contractors were instructed to not get any texture on the floors and instead covered it.
