Highly recommend Luxcess Home by SOD Builders! We originally contracted them to remodel our master bath room and during the remodeling, we were very happy with how they work and manage our remodeling project that we decided to also remodel our kitchen while the other remodeling was in progressEhud had wonderful ideas and solutions which ended up with a superb job and more than thata lot more above our expectations! The kitchen remodeling project was a hard project because they had to do some structural modifications to the ceiling by raising it up to be leveled with in our entry ceiling which at the end, it create a large entrance, modernizing the living room and kitchen by opening walls, tearing the old floor, removing the old fireplace while building a modern and classic new fireplaceThis remodeling project allow us to develop a trust relationship with Ehud and his teamDuring the work and even before the work started, Ehud helped us with all the design ideas and helped us stay within our budgets and all the people who were involved in the work, were honest enough when they felt they could not do somethingOur trust and respect was earned by them without any doubtsWe highly recommend them with confidence and we look forward to hire them for any future projects!

We needed to do a kitchen remodel for a while now so we did a massive research online and by asking friends and family in our area After meeting with all of them and explaining to them what are we looking for, what we want to do and mainly what is our budgetWe received estimates from all the contractors that we met and we selected SOD builders because [redacted] was the most competitively priced and the referrals that we got on him and his company were very positive [redacted] and the workers were very easy people to work and to deal with and [redacted] designed the kitchen exactly the way we wanted it with some nice additions of things that we didn't think we will get His suggestions about the new kitchen layout, where and what materials to buy were very helpful Also, his advises and recommendation on where to buy the cabinets, lightings, plumbing and appliances saved us a lot of money The end result of the new kitchen was perfect and one of the things that added a huge plus before we hired them was the warranty that included in the price of the work that they did

Luxcess Home by SOD Builders did a complete remodeling project of our kitchen and two full bathroomsThe work included new cabinets, marble counter tops and raising the lower ceiling in kitchen by 2', removed all the popcorn ceiling around the house, fix the necessary spots at the ceiling & paint, installing new tile floors in the living room, dining room and entry hall, installation of ceiling fan w/lights in all rooms including all the bedrooms and replace the fireplace/mantelRepaint all the interior wallsThe whole design was done by the designer of the company and she did a perfect jobAfter the work was completed and done, I can say that this was a top notch work that was done by professional peopleThe new cabinets are particularly excellent and they fit like a glove and added so much beauty to my kitchenThe job took few weeks longer than what Ehud estimated at the time of reviewing and planning the work schedule, the delay made sense because of few problems that they found out after the demolition of the walls and due to a minor delay with the supply of the cabinets and marble top (which is and things happened during this type of big remodeling projects)Ehud communications skills were excellent and even with my list for minor things that needed his attention & correction upon completionEhud did fixed all the items without any problem and with a lot of professionalism

It was semi hard to finally have someone coming over to my house and do the work that I needed for a whileOren came over to my place after I was able to schedule a meeting with him via his officeHis office personal is great and I dealt with Sarit from the officeSarit was the person that was handling all the payments, tasks, materials and deliveries The workers of Oren were the ones that did the actual workOren made sure that they will arrive to the house each day to work and to complete the work based on the schedule that he defined before we wrapped the deal The kitchen that he did for me included the new cabinets (black color whole wood) and Oren ordered it immediately after we signed the contactThe bathroom that they remodeled, included only a toilet and a single sink vanity with all around crown molding and base boards The paint work was performed by workersThey did a great work as well During the remodeling, Oren was very communicating and I received all the updates/news by him or by Sarit from the office

The entire project that included so many item at my house was designed and managed by Ehud at Luxcess Home by SOD Builders, with a design that was created by input from me and installed by his several professional teamsThe project contained the full remodeling of the kitchen, dining room and living roomAll new cabinets (from diamond cabinets) were installed, red hardwood floors, custom cut marble counter tops, back splash, new appliances, under counter sink and all the rest of the items that required for this remodeling projectThe entire remodeling work took about weeks from beginning to end and I was able to live in the house during the whole workThe construction teams were so professional and reliable and made sure to do everything according to the plan while Ehud managing and monitoring the daily and weekly tasks and making sure that they are coming out in perfect conditionThey also made always sure to clean at the end of each dayAt the end of the project, I must say that the project had a fabulous outcome and is certainly a top qualityI don't feel I could have had a better outcome from any other contractorIt was just great!!!!!

I was referred to Oren by a close friendI was told he is honest, attentive, and most importantly he would listen and will do each job on the best sideMy friend was right! I had my detailed specifications and drawingsI knew all the final materials that I wanted to have prior to beginning my remodeling projectI knew exactly what I wanted and Oren totally understood me Though Oren was referred to me, I still did my homework, getting more bidsI had given my specifications to each of them so that they would all have the same information in order to give the same exact bid I checked out all of the contractors on the Contractors State License website and, I called and spoke some of the prior clients for each of the contractors I compared all of the bids and found them all to be in line with the scope of work to be donePricing was also a factor, I wanted to stay within my budgetOf all the bids I got, Oren's was the most inclusive and detailed of the work to be performed, giving me the right confidence that he was fully involved and hands on in the entire construction processI remodeled bathrooms, bedrooms and one dressing roomOren was always available to me and when it was necessary, he would come over at a short noticeOren's team of workers were unbelievably great guys! They are detailed, neat and cleaned the areas each day before leaving and never left the trash around They arrived to the house each day in the morning with smiles on their facesIt seems that they enjoy their work [redacted] , the tile artisan, IS FABULOUS! For the shower floor, they cut close to - 3.5"x3.5" tiles from x inch porcelain tilesof the bathroom walls were done by x 35inch porcelain tile laid stacked horizontallyFor the inside and edges around the bathroom window, which were finished in tile, I did not want the usual tile nor the metal edge stripsI wanted the tile to be mitered [redacted] didn't blink an eye at my request The shower have a column that holding the shower fixtures that is made of glassOne each side of the column are 1/inch tempered glass walls [redacted] 's work is the most beautiful work I have seen in a very long timeThere was very little waste of my very expensive tile and no waste of my glass material J [redacted] (Painter & Drywall and a multitude of other items), is also an artistBesides all of his drywall work, he also removed the acoustical ceiling in my dressing roomAvi (Electrician) followed my specifications perfectly putting everything in conduit as was my preference [redacted] (Plumber) also followed my specifications perfectly putting everything copper to copper, no plastic, hooking up the rather complicated rain head, proportioning valve, and hand shower My home was built in the early 80's and was never remodeledI was worried what would be found behind the walls but thank god, there were no problems Because I am so detailed, and knew exactly what I wanted - having my fixtures and tile on hand prior to the start of the job, along with the detailed specifications and drawings, there were no add-on's The remodel went smoothly and stayed on budgetOren is a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with him againThank you Oren, and your entire crew for a beautiful job

Oren and his workers from SOD builders did a fantastic renovation by tearing down the old bathroom and rebuilt it again! My main tip is that if you are looking for a contractor that pride himself on attention to detail, professionalism, and greatness, Oren and SOD builders is the company for you SOD builders just completed renovation on my bathroom and small part of the kitchen at my home and it couldn't have been done better by any other company Oren, ensured that all the work will be of the best quality and to the highest standards Michael the main person who did the work with additional workers here is such a great asset to the company Oren ensured that all the subcontractors (Electrician and plumber) will also do the best job and when they didn't he ensured they redid the work Michael was relentless in showing up every day and working hard to complete the job with the best quality work Not only would I recommend this company to others I would definitely go back to this company if I ever need a professional remodel again I can't say enough about SOD buildersHonest, hardworking, and attention to detail

We had a great pleasure to hire and allow SOD builders to work at our house and Sarit and the workers for the recent kitchen and guest bathroom remodelingI write this review based on our experience only of hiring themOren and Sarit did a great job at the kitchen mainly and Sarit made it go easy and smoothlyThe main points according to our experience with them were: Very well organized company and structuredThe workers and Oren showed up to the house each day during the week and they arrived on time and on the little times that they didn't show up due to things such as deliveries etc they always gave us notice ahead of time which was important All the communication between the office (Sarit), Oren and the workers were excellentThey didn't make any mistakes and were able to do everything in good and professional mannerWe expected to have some errors and delays but I we were just lucky and we didn't have any Price wise - They were a bit more expensive than the other bids we received but the effort and care they put into our project was well worth itSometimes you just have to go with your instinct and choosing with them was one of the best decisions we made
