The business has had more than enough time to respond to this claim and failed to do so in a reasonable amount of timeThe Revdex.com has already sent me a message stating the company did not respond in the allotted timeTherefore, my complaint needs to remain on record for the required yearsI've taken my own measures to resolve the issue by now, and I have personally replaced the defective product on my ownSOG is clearly lyingI've been in manufacturing for years and it is EXTREMELY obvious no attempt was ever made to actually repair the productThe business has had nearly months to resolve this issue, and has failed to several timesI am done with this company and this caseThis complaint needs to remain on file and count against this horrible company for the years as per the Revdex.com policyIf the Revdex.com needs any additional information they need to PLEASE CALL ME

Review: I purchased a Fielder Assisted Sog pocket knive the knife is defective and wont shut you shut it it pops back up cut my hand on it due to closing it and its factory defect causing it to pop right out. Contacted Customer Service who advised I must pay to have it shipped into SOG it is a new knife store sais SOG is responsible and I must go thru them. I see no reason why I should have to pay additional money to ship it in where it is there fault. I ask for either my 58.94 back or either SOG to send me a brand new knife thru the mail free of chargeDesired Settlement: I would like either my money back or a brand new replacement knife thru the mail

Review: I have requested a replacement clip within the SOG warranty program 3 times and I have not received it. On the last call I spoke with [redacted] who was very rude about my issue. To pay this much for a product and not get quality service and warranty follow up is pretty bad. But the attitude from [redacted] was the last insult. Your Pocket Clip Request
