A year and a half ago, when the original job was done, the mechanic who did the work left some fingerprints on the headliner and we had the entire interior shampooed and detailed at no cost to the customerShe was disgruntle then, and unable to be talked toWe have had no other contact
with/from the customer until one week ago concerning the work, at which time she only called to slander and offend us about the work that was done a year and a half agoAs you can see from the dealer invoice we didn't even charge full list price for the part, and have no warranty to offer herShe was told that we only offer a warranty for our workmanshipIf it was faulty workmanship, or improperly installed it would not take a year and a half to show upShe and her husband were advised during the initial replacement that her headliner had been affected by the leaking sunroof, and was fallingShe declined to have any more work done at that timeUnfortunately, there doesn't seem to be anything that we can do to reconcile this problem with Mrs ***
