S P C Spring's Painting Company

We have a duplex we’re refurbishing to rent. I got a couple of bids for priming and painting an extra large master bedroom, hallway, laundry room, closets, and high ceilings. I found Springs Painting Co. on Yelp and called and spoke with Joseph C. He was very accommodating and met with us right away to go over our plans and gave us a written bid on the spot.
Joseph effectively communicated with us every step of the way, helping us with paint colors and finishes, and working within our budget. When I had questions, I’d text him morning, noon and night, and he never failed to promptly and politely answer back. He has a genuine caring nature and a great attitude. Joseph’s work ethic is so remarkable, I can‘t say enough. He loves what he does and it shows. He is dependable, reliable, professional, and always on time.
He really goes the extra mile working with our schedule. When I told him I was wavering between the color beige and white, he brought by lots of great samples for us to look at right away the same day. Anything we needed for the project, Joseph was there for us. Great team work!
We didn’t need to be onsite the day the work was being done so we didn't meet his crew. The next day everything we asked for had been beautifully painted and exceeded our expectations. He has an eye for detail and meticulous workmanship. He didn't miss a thing. And clean up was A+ spotless.
We loved working with Joseph and are so impressed with how he accomplished the entire job from start to finish so efficiently. He sets the bar so high it makes it tough on other contractors we work with. Like all of the other reviewers, we give Joseph and his company five stars. We would give him 10 stars if we could. We highly recommend Josif and his crew at SPC Springs Painting. From the prompt reply when scheduling the initial visit to the beautiful finished product, everything about our experience was top notch. He had some great suggestions for how to modernize our kitchen island with a lacquer finish on the base that turned out flawlessly. And in addition to painting some bedrooms, they tackled a number of repair projects we'd been putting off (gutter and fence repairs). All of this done on schedule for a great price!

Springs Painting just completed the job at our house and our experience with Joseph and his crew was fabulous. We had water damage and needed much work done. I had a wonderful experience with Joe and his team at SPC Springs Painting. We needed to repaint our exterior front wall after a bunch of ivy had been pulled off and left our brick and stucco facing looking crumbly and faded. He kept in touch with me throughout the whole process he was also involved in every aspect of the job, from the quote to the day of the job, he was here making sure everything came out as expected. I really appreciate how involved he was and when my boss saw the final reveal he asked for another quote for the rest of our building. Will continue to do service with SPC Spings Painting.

I am recently widowed and finding myself in the position of taking care of all the things that my husband took care of. It can be intimidating at times and of course I worry about knowing whether or not I’m getting a good deal or taken advantage of. I am preparing my home to rent out and finding all the contractors for each job has been challenging. I had a couple paint companies come out and give me an estimate. I have to say that from the beginning, Joseph from Springs Paint, was great! He was very friendly and personable and took the time to explain things to me and even joke about things. A sense of humor is very important to me with any professional I hire. Life is too short to always be serious and so I really appreciated working with someone who was not a “stick in the mud.”

I received a couple bids to do my entire house. I won’t name names but Springs Paint was almost half of what the others’ had quoted me. I was assured that they would be using premium paint and that it would look just the way I desired. I have to really thank Joseph for his patience though. I had originally told him Bone White for the color. But after speaking with my daughter and the property management team, I was told not to paint white but a light tan or mocha shade. I live about 2 hours away from the house and work, so I wasn’t able to just run to the house and try to choose a color or even test different colors. So I had to send different colors to Joseph by phone and hope he could get the right color. We had a few hic-cups getting the correct shade that would cover everything. But after a few hours of me sending different colors and him telling me if they’d work or not, we were finally able to settle on the color. I did this 2 days before they were going to start painting and I know the “last minute” thing would have put my husband in a spin; but Joseph was very patient with me on this! Thank you!

They arrived exactly when they said they would and began all the prep work to paint. Joseph had told me they could probably do it in two days. My house is fairly big and just the prep work alone had to have taken a few hours. I went over to check it out the first day and couldn’t believe how far they had already gotten. The guys that were painting were very friendly and took the time to answer any questions I had about what they were doing. They were very professional and the house was prepped nicely.

They finished on the second night, but actually stayed very late taking the time to make sure everything was cleaned up. I walked through with them and if we found any spots that needed to be touched up, they took care of it. I went back the next morning for a final walk through and to pay Joseph. All the blinds and fixtures had all been put back up and any spots of over-spray had been cleaned up. I have the family room wired for a sound system and with the speakers removed, it’s just wires hanging out of the wall/ceilings. Joseph had taken it upon himself to buy covers to mount so the wires now come through these instead of holes with the wires hanging out. That was very thoughtful and I appreciated it very much.

I have to say that Springs Painting made this a very positive experience for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to paint. They were great! Their quote was very reasonable and as stated above; was quite a bit lower than the other painters. They finished when they said they would. They were very professional. Joseph had a great personality and stayed in contact with me during the entire job. Joseph was always willing to work as a “team player” with me and the little extras were very kind. Spring's Painting gave me a fair price to paint the exterior of my house and I went with them by "gut" feeling. I couldn't be more pleased with their performance from start to finish.
