Review: Carpet Pros installed carpet I purchased from [redacted] in December 2009. The carpet is rising in spots and showing seams. The cost of the carpet and installation was over $10000.00 and I don't believe the installation should be failing this soon.Desired Settlement: I believe the poor installation job should be repaired at no cost.

Please find the attached [redacted] carpet warranty information along with a copy of the customer’s order purchased through [redacted]. We have an inspection scheduled for 9/25 between 11:30 – 12:00 with our District Services Manager. I spoke to the customer yesterday and discussed possibly opening a claim with the carpet manufacturer however; the requirements for a claim to be considered must include regular cleanings which he hasn’t had. I also discussed the one year installation warranty with the customer. The carpet was installed in January 2010, warranty expired January 2011. The customer is trying to sell their home. I’m sure that during a walkthrough, someone pointed out the visible seam in the master bedroom. Per the customer, there is only one room in question with a raised seam in the middle and one at the door transition leading into the hallway. I will get clarification post inspection.
