viewed by the Public )The Customer would not allow us to take the proper steps to ensure ur work was completeWe tried to hire a professional cleaning service she told us no that she would clean it herself and keep the moneyWe hired *** *** to install the Hot Water Tank and Plumbing and recieved a bill of $1,When it was time to paint she would only let us in certain parts of the house but we painted and sealed what ceilings she would allow us to get toBrakers in the braker box didnt go to the box that was already installed so we bought the right ones and installed them correctlyThe Thermostat was never discussed in the job bid and was never added to the scopeWe upgraded her Vinyl flooring to wood flooring and was working on the trim when her male friend got woke up at 10:00am after already being intoxicated and wanted to physically fight my employees reason being,she said she had been keeping track of how long my guys were there, what she thought my Material should cost and she didnt feel she owed me the rest of the moneyS & P Home Improvement agrees that the work was incomplete but she would not allow us to come finish therefore delaying the completion processWe have tried many times to resolve the matter with the homeowner to no avail
