*** *** was hired in August to move an antique piano to my houseOne of the foot pedals came off when *** moved the pianoHe was very nice about it, explained that he would be in touch with me within a couple of weeks and would contact someone to come over and fix the pedalHe took the pedal with himShortly after he left, another pedal fell offI have been contacting him via phone and email numerous times and he only replied when I threatened to contact the Revdex.comThat was mid October and he said that he would get a guy named *** to come over and take a look at the pianoI have still not heard from *** and *** is not answering my callsI want my piano fixed like he agreed to do when he broke it while moving it in August
