S&R did considerable work on our house in Brunswick NY prior to my selling it - reconstructed the sun room, replaced the roof, siding and some windows, to name a few of the projectsAfter that, Steve designed my present house and garage and oversaw the building of it in New HampshireHis blueprints were highly professionalAfter I moved in, he installed [redacted] units to provide solar heat and built a root cellar in the basementAll the work was first rate and done as I wantedI have had no problems with anything he has doneHe carefully questioned me as to what I wanted and needed, thinking of small details that had escaped meFor instance, the light switch he installed for the root cellar has a red warning light to show that the light is on in the root cellarHe uses quality materials and does much of the work himself, assuring quality controlSteve is very knowledgeable, honest and reliableI can't imagine a better experience with design and construction
