I have called Mr*** to discuss and await his return phone callThe switch that is said to be damaged by Jiffy Lube appeared to have some type of damage when the vehicle arrived at Jiffy LubeOur technicians made a note of it on the initial inspection form or ROC ( Report on Conditions)It
is possible, that the damage was furthered along simply by us touching itWe will create a plan that benefits both parties on this part of his concern.The coolant that was added was the correct application for this vehicle and the dealership has no facts to support this claim.Regarding the differential leak: I will take a look at this vehicle if provided with an opportunity and see what leak they are talking about.Thank you for you time
