Was told by employee weeks ago check was in the mail on a Monday, still no checkCalled today, Thursday, still no check has been sent for payment due

requested routine service for $and that the first attempt would be within business days - as stated on our websiteWe did in fact make two attempts within that time parameter with a verbal status to the client when she called on 4/24/
Her expectations of being notified everyday was for the upgraded RUSH service for which she did not request nor pay
The client called on 4/30/request detailed status but our process server was in courtWe explained that to her we were shorthanded and could not send anyone into court to speak with the process server handling her case nor could he use his cell phone while in court; she would have to wait until he exited the courtroom before we could furnish a more detailed reportWe gave her a detailed report once the process server left the courtroom and she still was dissatisfied
I believe that since we did not perform/produce results to the "client's" expectations she has filed this complaint without merit

I received on [redacted] a letter from Revdex.com in re: client's complaint.  I did receive an email from the client  [redacted] and since the client could not provide verification of the service address; I submitted a [redacted] on her behalf to the [redacted].  The [redacted]...

has yet to respond to me but we had ample time to serve the Plaintiff's Claim for the client since the court hearing is [redacted]. Service of Process is not an exact science.  The person who answered the door when our process server attempted lied to us stating she did not know the defendant/subject.  The client stated that she and a friend sat outside the defendant's address to serve the legal documents for 30 minutes.  Our process server will wait up to 15 minutes and no more.  To sit and wait for a defendant/subject is considered a stake out and constitutes a different level of service for which we do charge.
On our website it clearly explains what to expect for service of process.  It states that once we attempt service, the client is not entitled to a refund. In the spirit of customer service I will consider refunding 1/2 of our fee for service.
