Here is a copy of the email I sent the store manager (***) following the initial complaint phone call He asked me to write it and attach pictures and did not even acknowledge that it was received Hello, My wife and I purchased a [redacted] model sofa from S.R.Vanaik furniture on October (reference invoice ***) During our visit at the store we specified that we wanted a grey sofa, and spent hours looking at GREY sofa's When the sofa arrived on October 2016, it was sage green in colour I asked the delivery men to return the item, and they insisted that I wait to see it in daylight Well, I have seen it in daylight and its still not what we were looking for, and not what we purchased After reviewing the [redacted] website I noticed the model that should have been ordered was the XXXXXXX cobblestone grey, and what was ordered was XXXXXXX sage green I have [redacted] photos of the couch I received as well as the one we were expecting, and the two of

I paid a deposit of on a piece furniture set totaling
Purchased was made on November
delivery was to take 2-weeks of the above date
This was noted on my receipt
I called weeks later to inquire and was told that the item is popular and that there will be no delivery until after Christmas
Called after Christmas and they told me Jan
by this time I was upset and was promised that the delivery would take two -three weeks
I went to the store to find out when is the actually delivery date they told me Jan or later that week
If the store would of told me upfront that this particular order would take 2-months or more I would have purchased something else instead
I went to the store on Jan and asked for my full refund at this time
The store owner refused to give me back my full refund and told me that I have to pay 25% of one of the couch
I was so upset at this time
I wanted my full refund and they expected me to wait another 2-we

Since I received no response, on November 5, 2016, I visited the store and spoke with ***He told me a store representative would contact me no later than November to book an appointment to come to my house to check the problem
Not receiving any call from your store representative, I called up the store again on November and I was told that the technician was off, returning on Monday, November 14, and that he would call me on that date to book a visit to my house to check the problem
On November 16, 2016, I sent you another email informing that I was giving your store days to settle the problem amicablyOn November 16, 2016, your store responded requesting pictures a
