Review: I was told to come in to give extra information consisting my loana. Then they tell me that the bank denied/stopped my loan because I have a new job which I told them about. I asked for my down payment back and they refused. I only had the car for about a week. I also signed a contract for my car so I don't understand how loan company is even saying this. I had to leave my car at the place with a full tank of gas which I paid for at a gas station prior to my visit.Desired Settlement: I want my down payment back and gas expenses back.

Review: From day 1 we have had issues with S & S Auto. We realized on 2/12/13 the day after we purchased our veichle we noticed our speedometer was not working and we had forgotten our ez pass in our trade in. the same day [redacted] from S & S called stating he needed a copy of our W2s, he offered to come to our home and get copies. we stated that would be fine bring our ez-pass with you and look at the speedmoteter. they did neither. over the next few weeks we called stating we NEEDED our ez-pass and several issues were going on with the car. our calls went un returned. only to assume they lost our ez pass and did not care about our issues. after 2 months of calling weekly the owner troy returned one of my phone calls stating he would be able to trade my car in for something else. during this process some serious issues happened to the purchased veichle. a mechanic quoted the repairs at 2,000. I had bought the gold package warranty as confirmed by my paperwork at s & s, but when the mechanic called the warranty company they stated that S & S had downgraded me to a silver package and nothing was covered. when I spoke to [redacted], he stated [redacted] did that and he was fired. a few weeks later, after I paid over 2,000 in repairs, a cop pulled me over stated my car was no registered to me even though I had all the paperwork it was. come to find out S & S still had MY car registered to them under them & the car I traded in, that they gave to a sales reps son, was still in my name! I stated to [redacted] and ed at this point since my old veichle is in my name I want it back and take this car back since it barely works. they stated they would call me back. I repeated to them several times, I wanted all contracts null and void since they followed nothing I no longer wanted anything to do with them. after 1 week I called to ask where my car was I was informed they never sent the original paperwork to [redacted] and called and got a 2nd title, signed my name and changed the registration of my old car. I told them that is not what I wanted. I informed them I wanted all contracts null and void since they already broke contract. I informed [redacted] at this time the PA police had gotten involved due to me getting pulled over, he screamed at me he doesnt handle being threatened well. I said to [redacted], I did not threaten all I did was state that police got themselves involoved becuase of paperwork not being sent. [redacted] stated well thats not my fault, it was all [redacted] and it was all [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want a new car that works properly and is safe for me and my family. I also would like restitution for all the work I have had to put into the car since I am never called back and the warranty issues
