I went to their shop, explained what I wanted and when I wanted it, and they took over from there. Someone came to the house and measured the work area, and they ordered materials in the styles I had selected. They came the day we were packing out in Opelousas and by the time we showed up at the new house in Lafayette, they were done.
The work and materials are truly beautiful. Obviously done by professionals who care about their work and their company. If you need this type of work done, these are the people to call.
Rarely do I deal with a business and enjoy to the point of wanting to tell everyone about them but in this case I do. I can't say enough good things about Terry Pools. The people who own the company are on the job site, that means a lot to me because it's their name on the product so they are there doing the build. They stayed in constant communication with us and made sure we new what was going on, the time schedule and what to expect. Just a great group of people whom I tremendously enjoyed spending time. If you are going to build a swimming pool use these people.
