I am rejecting this response because: The contractor has not been out yet and they keep giving excuses because of the weather, however there has been weeks of perfect sunny weather for the past month where they had an opportunity to contact me to send a repair serviceman.I had contacted them today (4/20/14) and they claim they did send a serviceman, but this is a lie If they did come out they would have contacted me to indicate this Furthermore, my property is behind a locked gate, so there is no way a serviceman could get into my property without me opening the gate There is no fresh tar or repairs to indicate they did come out to make repairs The fact remains that my roof is still leaking

Per [redacted]'s conversation with Kevin on 4/20/15, Kevin was at his property on 4/20/15, [redacted]'s tenant unlocked the gate for the serviceman to get into the property,   Kevin, was back at his location on 4/21/15 and spoke to him also.

[redacted] contacted the Revdex.com before contacting our office.   Fischer Contractors.  called [redacted] on !/20/2016 and made an appointment with her for Friday, 1/22/2016.

I am rejecting this response because:
The serviceman arrived at 3:30 he told us there was another problem other than the initial problem we paid for. He indicated that it was masonry problem. We were told in July 2010 we needed a roof. We are waiting to hear from roofing co for a resolution since it appears we paid for something we did not need.

[redacted] did contact our office on March 10, 2015 for a service on his roof.  Since [redacted] has called  we have had rain or snow and the roofs need to dry.     We did send a service man to his location in the snow to see what that problem was but unfortunately, could not do...

anything due to the weather.   We will be sending the servicemen back to the property address.     As our certification states:  "within the following terms of this guarantee  we will make the necessary repairs within a reasonable time, weather permitting".
