I reacently surrendered my cause because I could not come up with the funds to make my payment and get a key made after I lost my keys , phone and money out of my wallet , now this lady with a heavy accent keeps calling me1st she ask if I would like to redeem my car for 365$ I tell her no I'm sorry I don't have the money that's why I surrendered it to you , and then she reply's well we're going to sue you and you'll be taking to court because what you did is illegal

I called to pay off the loan over the phone the employee named *** accepts the debit card payment and ran it 3xShe told me the payment was unsuccessfulShe claimed she was having technical difficultiesI told her that I'f be glad to come in with a bank check to close out this loan to avoid further interest chargesWhen I arrived to the store with the bank check she told me to check my account because their company has had a problem in the past still taking payments when their system displays the error messageI just wanted to close the account immediately to avoid interest and I told to proceed and we'd take care of the pending $charge later
A day passed and nothing was done on their behalfI called numerous times and had given the manager *** my bank information to release the hold of days and again nothing was doneI'm furious at this point because of her lack of empathy for holding my $1500! This complaint originated at a Texas Car and Title Loan at the*** location I had taken a loan out on my Hyndai Elantra and got behind I made a payment but needed to pay an additional payment of $I had been working with *** and informed her on a Tuesday that I would be coming in the next day (Wednesday) to make the payment of $ She stated that was "fine" and to come in as soon as possible The next morning when I walk outside, my vehicle was gone I spoke with the Regional Manager by the name of "***" over this office regarding this issue and he was very apologetic and stated that "in many occasions there is a lack of communication between the offices and the collections department(although I called to stated when I would make the payment because I got paid that week)so unfortunately there is not much that can be done."
