To Whom It May Concern:
I’m writing in regards to the recent complaint we received
from [redacted]).  Mr.
[redacted] put in several inquiries for Limousines, meaning that he inquired about
several different limousine packages.
Inquiry on Saturday October...

4th, 2014 Date of Limo Service October 18th 8:30pm-2:30amPickup in Hamburg22 people, in a Limo BusQuoted $694 plus the gratuity 
Inquiry on Thursday October 9th, 2014 Date of Limo Service October 18th8:30pm-2:30am10 people, in an ExcursionQuoted $554 plus the gratuity 
Inquiry on Wednesday October 15th, 2014 October 18th, 20148pm-1amPickup up in Hamburg12 people, in an ExcursionQuoted $448 plus the gratuity 
On Wednesday October 15th, 2014, Mr. [redacted] did a
reserve now, meaning he submitted a form online to reserve the limo.  He wanted October 18th, 2014,
9pm-2am, 12 people, $448 plus the gratuity. 
However his quote was for 5 hours, for $448, if he wanted to add the
additional hour, it would be $75, plus the gratuity.
We got his contract together and emailed it to him. He
called and put the $175 deposit on a VISA #[redacted].  The next day we confirmed all of the
details. 
On October 18th, we did the run as
scheduled.  Mr. [redacted] was sent a 14
passenger Ford Excursion, which is exactly what he reserved.  We never heard from Mr. [redacted] after he
confirmed the limousine on October 16th.
In conclusion, Mr. [redacted] rented a limousine and received
exactly what he rented.  We have not
heard from him (he has our email and phone number) since we confirmed with him
(2 days BEFORE his reservation).

February 9th, 2015 Revdex.com Complaint #[redacted] Advertising Issues? [redacted], I’m writing in regards to the recent complaint received from [redacted].  Ms. [redacted] rented a Hummer Limousine for January 30th, 2015 from 10pm-1am.  She first inquired by email and then called...

on January 23rd, over the phone. She placed a $150 deposit on a VISA #[redacted].  She was then emailed all of her paperwork.  On January 27th, Ms. [redacted] confirmed her reservation. On January 30th, we did the run as scheduled.  Ms. [redacted] was sent the limousine she rented. It had no damage when the vehicle left here.  At some point during the run, Ms. [redacted] and her guests damaged the limousine. There is a fiber-optic light that outlines the entire ceiling.  Someone in the limousine ripped the lighting down.  I can send you the video, however if you go to Ms [redacted]s facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/[redacted]?fref=ts go to the second video down, the one that is 1min and 18 seconds long, please watch at 49 seconds until the end of the video. You can see the white tube swinging against the window. By the time the run was over, both sides at been ripped down. If you can’t watch the video, I have it on disk here in the office. I did not take pictures that morning as I didn’t think we would have an issue with her paying for the damage.  I also the driver (on camera) when he drives away from dropping off describe the damage as to what they did to the limo. I reached out to Ms. [redacted] Saturday morning and Monday.  She did not answer, nor did she return my call.  She called here on Tuesday to complain about the driver, that he didn’t pull up at the front door at a bar.  I let her know that we can’t pull and stop at an intersection to let passengers out. I also let her know that I had been trying to reach her about the damage in the limousine.  She asked what damage, I explained it to her.  Told her what the replacement cost was.  I told her that she could check with her group to try and figure out who specifically did it. However that she needed to call me back by Friday to let me know who was paying, if she was paying it or that she could set up to make payments. Friday she was charged for partial damaged as she has not yet called back.  Please note what our contract states, I have attached her signed copy: Physical damages to the limousine and its contents or chauffeur(s), through negligence and/or abuse by the passenger shall be the sole responsibility of the client.  The client agrees to being charged for said damage immediately at the time-said damage occurs. As soon our office opened on Saturday morning and we could assess the damage we did.  I made several attempts to contact Ms. [redacted].  Finally, when she called to complain we spoke about the damage. In conclusion, Ms. [redacted] rented a limousines and damaged it.  The cost of the damage was $300. She has paid $150.  Please let me know how she would like to care of the outstanding balance. We reached out to Ms. [redacted] on Saturday and Monday.  She called on Tuesday to complain that the driver did not pull up the to door at the intersection.  I explained our policy.  At this time Ms. [redacted] was told about the damage.  She then was supposed to return our call by Friday to pay for the damage or set up a payment plan.  I have not heard from Ms. [redacted], until I received this complaint.  Please note as our contract states, you will be charged for damage when damage occurs, we waited to speak to Ms. [redacted] first. I also see now that she has several additional issues.  If there were any issues, she should have notified us immediately or when we spoke on Tuesday. Not in a followup response to the Revdex.com.  Also, I find it interesting that Ms. [redacted] and her guests had such a horrible time, however they requested more than once to purchase additional time to stay out later (past 1am).   However there wasn't overtime available due to the drivers schedule.Ms. [redacted] reserved the limousine until 1am.  According to the vehicle GPS, she was dropped off at 12:58am, the was at the drop off for 6.6 minutes, departing at 1:05am.  I can send the print out if needed. In conclusion, Ms. [redacted] rented a limousine and damaged it.  We made numerous attempts to reach her, and are still waiting for her return call and to pay for the remaining damage.  Please let me know if you need any additional information.

S&s never called me they have my email address they never emailed me if I did damage they would have emailed me to get in contact they waited to I called an filed an complaint then told me I did damage an an that was 4 days later I'm not satisfied at all about the limo ride a couple of my guest fell due to lots of snow walking around the corner to get to the limo and bar the driver was suppose to pull in front of the bar not around the corner from the bars after we exited the bar we had to walk around the corner to the limo we had to knock on the driver side door to get the driver attention to get in the limo then he locked the windows a rolled them upan dropped us back to our destination 20 mins early I'm really unsatisfied I spent all this money to get an poor ride an then for them to take money out of my account an I called an asked to speak with an manager [redacted] put me on hold then got back on the phone an stated the manger was on the phone she will call me back an I still haven't received an call from them yet [redacted] never told me on Friday they will take 150$ out of my account I have video's on the limo where there is no lites down.
