this was e-mailed to an obsolete e-mail address My current e-mail address is [redacted] @ssmhealth.com - e-mail addresses for SSM Health were updated a year ago Revdex.com concerns should be e-mailed to [redacted] @ssmhealth.com - that is our department address for complaints and the Revdex.com complaint would then be forwarded and replied to by the correct SSM representative I was unable to open this and discovered it addressed to my former e-mail address just as a fluke.....it has now been forwarded to the correct representative for review and replythank you for your patience [redacted]

called complainant [redacted] # [redacted] - we reviewed info on Revdex.com complaint and I verified Hippa with that info - pt confirmed her address and zip- that she was aware of this xray of her elbow on 05/13/but that was at Wall StUrgent Care - we discussed that facility bills under SJHC tax ID -so the bill appears to come from SSM - SJHC We discussed the purpose of HIPPA verification and if she was adamant that she was not the patient then any refusal of our rep to s/w her regarding details of the account were an attempt to protect the rights of who ever the party listed is......and it turns out that Ms [redacted] is the patient - she will pay through the Bad Debt agency and this will not reflect on her credit She was satisfied when we closed the call [redacted] - SSM Patient Liaison Patient Business Services

That's not really part of what we offer, but I am willing to make an exceptionI will set her up for $a month paymentWe will do this in house instead of with the vendor, since the vendor can't allow that

Dear Sir or Madam,  Revdex.com Complaint # [redacted] SSM Health is in receipt of the billing complaint filed by Mr. [redacted]. Mrs. [redacted] stated she has medical coverage through her insurance carrier, [redacted], however SSM Health did not bill claims for three date of service at [redacted]. At my request, a call was placed to your insurance carrier by the supervisor of insurance follow up. It was verified your medical coverage is effective for these dates of service.  The correct insurance was added to the three accounts in dispute, and claims will be billed to [redacted]. Please allow 30-60 for these claims to complete processing. I will continue to monitor these accounts for completion, and to verify they process according to the members benefits. If there should be a patient liability after insurance has finished processing the claims, statements will be billed to the patient according to our established billing policy.  Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond to this complaint.  Sincerely,  [redacted]Senior Patient LiaisonSSM Health - Patient Business Services
