registration. All patients are also given a billing notification stating the billing practice. They are asked to review the letter handed to them, signature is asked of them and then this letter is scanned into their record and they are asked if they would like the copy. The individual complaining Ms. [redacted] was not seen that day but her spouse was. I have looked into his record and he did sign the billing letter and dated. I would be happy to share this upon request.
