Review: I have placed several orders with this company in the past which were received with no problems. On this occasion I placed one order on 20th November 2015 (order #[redacted]) and 9th December 2015 (order #[redacted]) totalling $119.07 which I have still not received. I have contacted the company on several occasions through their website and have been assured that my orders are being shipped the next day. I have even been give a shipping number but the tracking shows a label was created but the package was not shipped. I have still not received either order. More recently their website went offline. I tried to contact them via phone and email with no response. Their website is now back online but they are not responding to messages or requests for refunds through their website either. I have looked at reviews online and have found at least 30 people with similar issues.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $119.07

Regarding this complaint #[redacted] was shipped with tracking # [redacted], for [redacted] that order was shipped. Now why it does not show tracking I do not know. I did send hima message that I did have a few packages that came back and I do believe one of those may have been his. I would need to check. As far as the order #[redacted] was not the customer that made the order . It was another fella. Because the billing and shipping is under another name. The other name was [redacted]Our website has been down since the 2nd week of January...

There has been no offer to resolve my complaint or explanation for this. Order #[redacted] is still showing as a shipping label created but no tracking. This order has therefore not been sent. If it was really returned to sender then surely the company would have been able to tell me this when I contacted them on several occasions since then. I would still like a refund for this order.As for order #[redacted]. This order was supposed to be a gift for my boyfriend. It was paid for on his card and ordered to be shipped to him as he wanted to increase the order and pay for that himself. There was nothing on the website that prevented a different person from placing an order on my account so we used my account to save creating a new one. This order has still not been shipped and no refund has been received. If the name is the issue then refund me the $15.98 for order #[redacted] and [redacted] will put in a separate complaint for the remaining $103.09 for order #[redacted].Either way we have paid you a total of $119.07, none of the products have been received and you have not indicated how you propose to resolve this.

The customers order has been filled and is shipping out. I will have the tracking number shortly. I have to actually go to the post office. I did upgrade the sample pack bottles to 30ml bottles. I sentboth order # in the same package. Since [redacted] said that he made the purchase. orders #[redacted] and #[redacted]. I will also send the tracking number to you as well once I have received it. Very sorry forthe late response. I have been sick... I have also sent the customer an email letting him know as well. He will receive the package within 7 to 10 days, I will send him tracking as soon as I get it from the [redacted]Thank you[redacted]

Review: I have ordered from them around 16 times without any problems. The last 3 orders were late and I had to contact them multiple times in order to get the product I paid for. My latest order was over a month until their website displayed this was 'shipped'. When I clicked on the [redacted] tracking number all that displayed was 'shipping label created'.I looks like I am not going to get my product that I paid 60 dollars for. Their voicemail is full every time I call so I cannot get them on the phone. When I contact them on their social media they say that it has been shipped. No one wants to physically look for it or remedy the problem.They offered to ship me a money order, but if they are unwilling to find and ship my product why would I trust them to ship me a money order? I do not trust that they will do anything to fix this problem.Desired Settlement: I'm currently working with my bank to get my money back.

Review: I placed an order in early November and have not received my product which has been paid for. Many other people have the same complaint who have waited even longer than I have. Now the business website is down.Desired Settlement: The business has to deliver its product in a timely manner and communicate with it's customers. Especially when it has been paid for.
