S S P Remodeling

Review: We received an advertisement in the mail from S S P Remodeling. I called and asked if someone could give us an estimate for tying in our sprinkler system to a new water well. May 1, 2013 [redacted] with SSP met me at our house at 10:30. He surveyed the situation and told me they would tie into the electrical breaker box on the east side of house and put an electrical box on the front of the house close to the water well. They would also tie in the sprinkler system in the back yard where the main controls are and bring it to the front yard to tie into the water well. We would be able to use the same sprinkler controls and zones. I was instructed to call back when the water well service was scheduled. The price of $600.00 was comparable with the prices we got from other companies.The water well company scheduled for installation the week of May 13th. I started calling SSP on May 6th to get on their schedule. I was told that [redacted] was out of town and that he would call me back. I called again the week of May 13th. I called on May 15th and told them the water well company was drilling the well that day. I called again on May 17th and was told the electrical man could meet me at the house to see what he needed to do. I met him and he returned on May 20th to do the electrical work. I called four times that week to see when they would be out to complete the irrigation part of the job. I called on May 28th and was told by [redacted] that [redacted] no longer worked for him. He said he could get a plumber out and have him bill me directly. And have the electrician send me a bill. I did not contract with the electrician. I told him I had made the deal for $600 that included everything with [redacted], who represented his company, and I would only pay SSP. We just want the job finished at the price that we agreed on, $600.00Desired Settlement: We want the work to be completed in a timely manner for the agreed price of $600.
