Hello ***,I have spoken with your account manager Joe on this issue.All items returned have a restocking fee on them as returning an item has associated costs with them such as replacement on packaging, labor involved in inspecting and receiving these items as well as costs that are not refunded
back to us such as sales tax and credit card processing fees.? Other items have higher fees associated to them per manufacturer's discretion such as companies likes *** and *** where all these items are sent back to the manufacturer themselves for inspection per our contract agreements which ensures every customer gets a brand new item.? Shipping fees are non-refundable unless it's in a case where we have messed up and shipped something incorrectly.? I also show that a credit for a missing return was processed on your account on Tuesday and the *** *** authorized on Tuesday as well for a return.? As stated earlier in this message, certain companies have strict policies on returns where others are much easier to deal withAs for the Turbo Kit, speaking with Joe on this, he is working with the manufacturer of the kit, AAM Competition to get the actuator issue rectified.? This kit is under the manufacturer warranty and will be fixed at once.? ? ?

HelloWE have already responded to this.? Customer was already refunded the funds.? He chose to wait past the allowed time frame to return the product which is why the refund initially was processed short.? We kept our word and refunded the full amount however had to process the second
one manually.? Normally we only give a day return time frame however this customer received months

removal of negative feedback and you chose to accept it.  Now you file a complaint here.  Sorry but we are in the right of not refunding the shipping fees associated with this order.   Free shipping applies only to a package that is being shipped.  Not returned.  You can find this information in our terms and agreements.  Any other issues please contact [redacted] or your bank as we will not be entertaining this case.  Good Day

This is so ** shipping from the west coast and the item has been picked up and shipped on 5/**. According to the tracking #  [redacted] Provided and per [redacted] website, it shows the label is just created and I will get an update once the item is actually shipped. This is not the first time customers filed complaint or leave negative feedbacks regarding the service provided by [redacted] I bought the same part from a private seller on [redacted] who previous bought new for his car and never installed because he plan on trading in for a higher level RCF model that's why he resale it back for extra cash rather giving it away along with his trade. Bottom line is I am not requesting [redacted] for price match because I know I didn't buy the other item directly from a company so I am unable to provide link to show the item sold at a lower cost. I am requesting [redacted] to cancel the order while the item literally not shipped yet and refund my money immediately. Why you want to wait till the item is shipped and force the buyer to pay return shipping fees ($125-$150). The service is ridiculous on how [redacted] operate.

 You can't charge someone for a package you were not supposed to ship. I already re-disputed it with the credit card company. You should of just cancelled the shipping on Monday instead of waiting and letting it ship out on Tuesday looks like you will have to just write off the cost of the shipment.

Per [redacted], we were entitled to charge the shipping fees for both packages that were shipped.  You will need to take this up with [redacted] and your credit card company then.Have a good day.

 I have attached documents that show I order the product on dec **,2016 and cancelled it dec ** 2016. I also attached the shipping manifest from ups that the package wasn't shipped until dec **,2016 shipped after I cancelled the order. So your argument that I cancelled the product after shipment is false and that your restocking fee is null and void. I ordered this product through [redacted] and [redacted] policy is to give you 2 days for a response. I didn't order this product expedited it was standard shipping which was free shipping. So I cancelled this well within 24 hrs of order it isn't my fault you didn't cancel or respond quick enough for the package not to be shipped. You should also reconsider how you treat customers you should try to extort them to remove negative feed back which is a true reflection on your business practices for waiver of restocking fee's and shipping fee's.
