The warrenty was based on the shingle its self I cant remember if it was a or year shingle

The damage that Mrs [redacted] is saying that is our fault is damage from a leak that was in Mrs***'s house from the first claim she ever filed with farm bureau back in its the same leak in the same spot in the same roomWe never started our work for Mrs [redacted] until 5/29/so it couldn't have been due to our work when the leak is in the same spot that there are pictures to prove from insurance that was there in We didn't do any work on the flat roof where the leak is coming fromMrs [redacted] hired another contractor in the middle of everything she was blaming on S&S Roofing & Construction so I can't speak for any other work that she had done by someone else [redacted] had pictures from every time a claim has been filed and they witnessed the work that is faulty has nothing to do with S& S Roofing.We completed 7sq of a metal roofing system and sealed around a brick chimney for Mrs***We do not feel that we are responsible for anything other than what we have already completed for Mrs***

To Whom This May Concern, This roof has nothing to do with our company S&S Roofing & Construction INCThe job that was sold to Mr [redacted] by [redacted] and [redacted] , Mr [redacted] did write the estimate for the shingle roof on an S&S Roofing & Construction INC estimate but the shingle roof was never done and the flat roof which is the job that was sold to Mr [redacted] that he has had issues with was sold on an AR Roofing estimate which has absolutely nothing to do with S&S Roofing & Construction IncOur company name and estimate was used with out us being aware of either job [redacted] & [redacted] were using our company name scamming our customers for jobs and getting the money paid directly to themWe never received a dime of the $4,that was paid from Mr [redacted] the deposit check that was $2,to start the job was paid to [redacted] and the other $2,was paid cash to [redacted] which Mr [redacted] sent me a copy of the text message where Mr [redacted] asked for the cash which was the remainder of the payment for the job that was sold on the flat roof I spoke to Mr [redacted] about the job and he sent me **l the information that he had of this job being done by [redacted] & [redacted] We were not aware of any job for Mr [redacted] until he called the owner of S&S Roofing and made our company aware of what was taken place at his houseI feel S&S Roofing & Construction INCshould not be responsible for repairing or paying back the money to Mr [redacted] due to our company named being used to scam money and our company not being aware of the job [redacted] the owner is willing to file suit against Mr [redacted] and Mr [redacted] due to the actions that have been done to use our company name to scam people and make money and to lie and say that we strictly used AR Roofing for our flats roof jobs which is incorrect in fact we were unaware that Mr [redacted] even had a company name AR RoofingMr [redacted] is not a s**esman at S&S Roofing and Mr [redacted] was let go due to a similar action taken place at a previous job Thank You, Heather Bryant

We sent a Salesman to the jobsite to see what all needed to be done and we tried calling the customer to make repairs to the job but no one answered, We will try calling back tomorrow The problem will be taking care of
