I am rejecting this response because:  
  No attempts were made by S & S Roofing in attempts to resolve this issue.  I originally contacted them on October 13th and stated that I had issues with my roof.  Amy S[redacted] flatly declined to address these issues.  In addition the trim on my siding has been bent and scratched.  Had S & S roofing addressed these issues, I would not sent an e-mail dated December 12, 2017 nor filed a complaint with the Revdex.com.

We have tried numerous times to contact the home owner.  As of yet no returned phone calls are being returned to our office.  We had no clue that their are or is problems with the fascia.  This is new information that was not provided to us.  On Dec 12th we had a scheduled...

time to pick up the final payment.  I reached out to her that afternoon and she did not respond.   Then Blake reached out to her the same day and she returned his call and told him to forget it.  Since then we sent her over to our Attorney for collection because she will not respond or return our calls. WE ARE WILLING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES.  S & S Roofing requests a meeting at her house with her independent contractor/TPO manufactures Rep and Our quality control manager to resolve the issues.  We would like to have this scheduled no later than the 15th of January 2018.  [redacted] needs to contact the office with a time and date that works best for her.   S & S Roofing Inc. Amy *. We had a subcontractor that was given this work order several times.  Last Monday he told me he would complete this on Tuesday.  I assumed it had been finished.  We received this complaint and tried calling our sub contractor and no response for several days.  He finally...

responded yesterday and said he was out of town.  We will no longer be using this Subcontractor for any gutter work.   I have another gutter installer that will be finishing this project this week.Thank you!! S & S Roofing Inc.   Tell us why here...

In 2012 we went out to give them an
estimate for their roof.    The estimator
Blake lives in the neighborhood and noticed the customer had tarps on their
roof for the past several years.  When
doing the estimate he felt he should provide a low margin estimate to help them
to...

be able to afford the new roof system.    In
March of 2015 the customer called the estimator direct and asked if the bid was
still good considering it had been a few years since we gave the bid.   They said they had all the money for the
roof and asked when we could start the project. 
The estimator met with [redacted] the first of April endorsed the work
order and the estimator said he needed a 50% deposit.  He said no problem my wife has the check book
and she will write you a check.  We
proceeded to start the job and Blake asked if they had paid the deposit?  [redacted] said no the deposit will be in the screen
of the front door.  Our quality control
was at the job site during the tear off process and there was no deposit left
for us in the screen door.  The estimator
Blake met with them 2 days later to get the deposit.  As Mrs. [redacted] was writing the check she
said that we have 1 year no interest no payments correct? And Blake responded
no balance is due upon completion.  She
was stunned!  That’s when the problems
began.
The owners had a few reasonable concerns for example the
crooked counter-flashing on the chimney and it was corrected.  All other items were corrected, not all of
them were related to the quality of labor & material. 
                We had a meeting to address the
issues with the manufactures rep (Rob,), estimator (Blake), owner (Josh),
Quality Control Manager (John) and owner Mrs. [redacted].  All parties present agreed that the job met
manufactures specifications.
As a good faith Company Josh and Blake agreed to re-install
all the gutters at no charge to the customer. All the issues have been
corrected to their satisfaction and final payment was made.

On 11/30/17 We sent out a check for the amount we felt was fair for the attic clean up. We have not heard back from the customer and we hope he is satisfied with our efforts.  Thank you!!Amy *. S[redacted] 801-973-1676

Revdex.com:I was contact by the gentleman, from Integrated Roofing on Thursday, 12/14/2017, who later came by the house to confirm the work that evening.  His crew showed up around 0900 on Friday, 12/15, when a PM visit was agreed to.  The gutter downspout was replaced, but they crew left without notification of work completion.  I would encourage S&S Roofing to develop better communication protocols with their sub-contractors and with their customers.  There is/was an apparent sizeable disconnect between what they knew about getting this work done and its actual status.   
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is acceptable to me.

S&S has made several attempts to discuss the remaining issues that Ms. Souza seems to have with the project but she has refused to communicate with us so we have proceeded with legal action.
