S & S RV Repairs

this was a warranty claim, when the tech went out ( after parts were received) I TRIED collecting another trip charge because they are not local, they are in monahans ( we do charge Roundtrip as I don't see why I should pay the gas) mrs*** was giving me the run around & her daughter
got upset & said some rude things to me before hanging up ( I guess they thought they hung up the phone or PROB did it on purpose, Then the daughter started yelling at the tech & cussing & the tech asked her to please all down, he was under the trailer The tech came up & she kept calling the office a "b" & the tech asked her to please stop doing that, she didn't she told the tech to get the "f" out of there the tech was really close to finishing the job, he asked mrs*** to please calm her down, he didn't even know what was going on & she didn't her daughter then told him to get the f out, to get his "s" & get the "f" out of there

I am rejecting this response because:
its not my fault he didn't charge for the round trip sorry but I have the money to pay for the serviceand no one said he had to give us the t stats for freeand yes I did keep calling because the fact y'all wouldn't answer and to top it off you called and called to get ur money non stop an I even told you that it had stopped workingand on the electric side we told the tech to check but he gave us a big run around saying it was going to be hard because the fact they would have take the whole thing out well sorry that's your jobyes it was in the evening and I do have kids but y'all agreed to come out could have turned us down like any other! yes you gave me the price on board and all that was paidthis about the after math when it stopped working the next day and I called a few time to tell you it stopped and never got a response back from you or your tech you also just told my husband the ***e thing you did methe fact having to find someone else to come finish halls jobs really suck!! finish your damn jobsagain its not my fault y'all didn't charge for the trip and gave away free t stats your loss my gain!!

We received this call late one evening & tried to work a miracle on the older unit because we felt real bad for the family living in it with kids.  [redacted] did not even charge them for his time.  Just the service call (trip).  It is way out south of the city, about 50...

miles roundtrip.  We happened to have the part in stock in the truck, I was not sure of price for the board.  I made sure & let the customer know that before anything was done. ( Gave her a rough estimate of possible costs.)  We were called out to get them hot water.  They did not want to fix the electric side on water heater, only the gas.  They just wanted hot water, which we totally understand.  ( Fixing the electric side would cost even more.)  The water heater was working when our tech left.  It wouldn't even come on for them before.  Our tech even gave them free T-stats for their water heater.  We got it working on gas side.  We replaced the board.  If the valve went out on unit, w/it being original part, its tough to fix old parts.  Doesn't always work.  I answered most of the customers calls, she called repeatedly one after another straight for what seemed like 10 minutes, I was with customers.  My phone rings nonstop.  Our tech felt he did all he could for them.  We cannot warranty the complete water heater, just what we worked on.

Sam came out to repair my RV late in the evening. He was very courteous, had a great deal of knowledge and quickly solved the problem and did not try to add some items that were not needed. Honesty, promptness and quality seems to be the qualities of their service. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their service to any one in need of RV repairs. Veronica in the office was also very pleasant and prompt with the billing service.
