S and S sanitation is a garbage pick up service that I have used for years with no issues. They are supposed to pick up my trash on Mondays and Thursdays of every week. Then about 3 weeks ago they stopped picking up my trash. I double checked with my bank to make sure my payment went through and it did. I have called, e-mailed and texted several, several times with no response. I tried driving by there but no one was there. I'm at a loss on what to do but my garbage is starting to pile up and I cant burn it bc we are under a burn ban. If someone could get ahold of them and let me know whats going on I would appreciate it. Or if you know of another garbage service in that area I will be glad to use them. I just really need my trash picked up. I dont appreciate being ignored and in 3 weeks I have called almost daily so I know they have been getting my messages. Finish the job I just want my trash picked up twice a week like I signed up for. Also if they could respond to my repeated calls, texts and emails that would be appreciated.
We are a small, locally owned company and Upon reviewing the complaint the customer payment was due on November 1, 2019. Payment was received Jan 22, 2020. Which was @ 80 days past due. Service was suspended in the later part of December 2019. Once payment was received we notified customer we would resume pickup via text. Also once we verified with the customer they wasn't allowing two households to utilize service we resumed normal pickup. We can't let 2 households share service for the price we charge .
