personally, I gave him two options.1- We would refund him the remaining $80.39 that was initially kept as a restocking fee per his signed warranty. This was his initial request in his complaint.2- We would remake the lined bifocals into the no-line bifocal, which he initially thought he ordered at no additional cost above the $160.78 initial quote and payment. (This is the option he chose)Mr. [redacted] stated he really wanted the glasses and would like to go with option two; no-line bifocal for $160.78. He will meet Malina O[redacted] at Eye Associates Optical, Northside location at *pm today, [redacted], to complete the order.I believe there were communication issues between our newer optician and Mr. [redacted], who seems to have hearing difficulties. Also, Mr. [redacted] went directly to the Revdex.com instead of asking to speak with a supervisor who could have potentially defused the situation. While the situation was technically handled according to the signed warranty and by Eye Associates, protocol, it is very important to do all we can to created a positive experience for our patients.Mr. [redacted] stated he would call the Revdex.com and let them know the situation has been resolved.
